I'm a bit confused on withdrawing and cashing out on your site.

Do you need to deposit first before being able to cash out?
Are there any fees associated with cashing out via check?
Also, what are the maintainance fees mentioned? Is it only for people using debit to deposit and withdraw?
Are there player to player transfers?

They will surely not post them openly here in the thread and as they are private tournaments, you will most likely get in touch with "RaketheRake" in order to get the passwords.

Does ACR use dealt or contributed rakeback? I've heard here at 2+2 that is has been switched to contributed, but the affiliate sites still seem to have it listed as dealt.

Anyone know?

Dude, this is such BS, I contacted live support who told me there was a reload bonus, so I was all ready to redeposit, when the chat connection was lost. So it takes a while to reconnect, and then I get someone different and can finally ask for the deposit code. But then suddenly this guy is telling me that it is expired. I explained to him that I had just spoken to someone who assured me the reload bonus was still active. This guy then rudely patronizes me and basically calls me a liar regarding the other rep I had spoken to. I tell him to check the chat logs, but he ignores my question.

Wow, what a disappointment. This is some terrible customer service, and unless this can be remedied there's no way I'm re-depositing to play at this site...

EDIT: Oh, and they didn't even know what rakeback method they use. Unbelievable...

You will have to sign up through an affiliate to get rakeback, the standard rakeback on the Yatahay network is 27% and bonuses are deducted. RB is paid out weekly each Wednesday directly to your account based on the activity of the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and quite a few affiliates offer it right now, some also have a small private race as well. I won't throw around names openly in this thread though, as this is against the advertising rules.

Should be weighted contributed on Yatahay.

The ACR Rep posted a reload bonus offer in the thread here, but that was before Punta Cana Classic I think and only available for a few days. Not 100% certain but there might be a new one for that network tourney promotion (ACROSS on ACR).

Please America's card room, fix the layout so that PLO and other games are easier to get to. This should be a top priority, especially seeing as PLO is a HUGE rake generator.

It'd also be nice if AC let you manually select the limits you want, instead of grouping 10nl 25nl and 50nl together, etc.

Still looking to get the answers to

It's not just plo that is a pita to find. Navigating the site in general is pretty terrible. NL, PL, FL, Low, med, high. For example the letters on the FL "button" turn from greyish to blue when you click them. And with all the options it's hard to tell right away whats clicked(blue).

Here is the problem, between NL, PL, FL, LOW MED HIGH TOURNAMENTS and the PLAY MONEY buttons there are way too many combinations of things that can be pressed. Many of these combinations will yield ZERO tables at all(a blank white screeen) or a bunch of empty tables on the screen.

I'm not saying it's impossible but it is ridiculous compared to other sites.

I have never, never, never, been able to get the 4 color deck to work. I change the setting, press ok, apply, etc and nothing changes.

Also, If I win a hand that goes to showdown and my opponent mucks are you seriously telling me I can't see his hand in the history?

And also, when you join a table and you have the option to "Wait for Big Blind", how do you know if you are waiting or not? Is the button Black when you have it set to wait, or is it "charcoal" Black? LOL.
The auto post, auto muck, straddle circles that you actually click and something more than a slight color change happens seem to be the way to go in my opinion.

Another example: Go to 32 card draw (whatever the hell that is) and see how many buttons you have to click to get different tables to come up. OK find a table and pick one. Then change all the settings and try to go back to that table real fast. Good Luck

Anyway gotta go google "telesina" now so if I ever can hit the right combination of buttons and find a table I will know how to play.

They are actually working on a new tournament and cash game filter option at the moment.

One Cent rake = 1 FPP.

this needs to be fixed. who set up the layout of this lobby? I am sure whoever it is never has played an omaha/omaha hi/lo game in his life.

if this site wants more omaha /hilo action, remove the ridiculous unneccesary barriers to get to micro/PL/omaha games. i've yet to see a game running when I login to check.

Yeah the options tab doesn't do a lot for me either, I still get promotion popups with it disabled. I'm guessing from the 1/1 they meant to add more options but decided not to or didn't get a chance to. Either way a software upgrade should definitely be at the top of their to-do list.

^^made me lol.

For anyone who cant get the 4 color deck: you must reselect it each time you open the client. It will look like its still selected. To fix, just:

1. click 2 color deck
2. click apply
3. click 4 color deck
4. click apply
5. click ok

So the rake race points are the same thing as FPP points? If so then the guy that won 7500 last month (Johnwallin) by winning the rake race with only 30000 points or $300 in paid rake (30000/.01)

Almost seems to good to be true? Thanks for your help 39.

[/QUOTE] It is each dollar paid in rake times 1.25. Ex. $10 in rake = 12.5 points

Race Points and FPP are not the same and he defo didn't win the Race with $300 in rake ... but you can easily see with the above how much you have raked (e.g. in case you don't have a tracking software).
