Where is ACR located? Does the .eu address imply they have a EU located office (I have seen cyprus mentioned when googling)?

Tried to find it on their website but the only thing I found in the TOC was some mentions of Dominican Republic iirc.

Poker rooms use dot-EU domain names so they are outside the potential seizure from the US authorities, it does not really hint at their origin or base of operation. I believe WPN/ACR is based out of Curacao but I might be wrong.

I tried this, and ACR works the first time I use it but then won't open again unless I restart my computer again. ACR's live support chat has been completely unhelpful. Anybody know what I could do for a better long term solution than restarting my computer every time I want to play poker?

Edit: I sometimes get a message saying "This app can't run on your PC To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". I downloaded the windows version and have windows 10.

Some filters do block "cum", but that can cause other problems:

"Resumes of magna cum laude graduates have been blocked by spam filters because of inclusion of the word cum, which is Latin for with (in this usage), but is sometimes used as slang for semen in English usage."

Yo - Mac user here (running 10.12.5) - I can download the client/install but once I go to open it nothing happens. I've tried downloading it/re-installing/restarting but can't get the client to boot at all. Any ideas?

Check the AmericasCardroom folder and look for the .exe file. Try clicking that to open it. If it is not there, completely uninstall all traces of the program, including the folder. Download and re-install the software, if it continues to do it, then your antivirus is likely getting in the way. You have to set the permissions to 'always accept'. Since it is a two-way exchange of information, most security software will find it invasive.

This has probably been asked here (I've looked through the last few pages but would rather not sort through the 415 lol) but is there a way to turn off that pop up when you close a table that tries to get you to bet red or black for your winnings or losses?

That's an accident waiting to happen when playing a ton of tables. I didn't see an option to disable it when it pops up.

I have a question. My Hold Em Manager 2 works great on ACR with cash games, and some tournaments, but two days ago, I played a free MTT with rebuy option but the stats would never ever show up the entire length of the tournament. (It still stored the hands I played though.) Does HM2 have an issues with some MMT's? Has anyone else had this issue?

I was playing in one of the BIG10 MTTs yesterday and experienced a problem with a table freezing up. I had 4 tables going so it was kind of a pain in the ass to recognize/diagnose/fix the issue. By the time I got it fixed by just restarting everything I had been blinded down pretty severely. Support told me that it was my browser cache/cookies that was messing with the flash. That makes zero sense to me. Ive seen other issues on this thread with freezing/crashing. Did anyone experience anything yesterday(9/29/17) ? I wouldn't even care if it was a 5 dollar tournament, of course it was a 55.

I just received a very disturbing answer from support. I won my PCPC package last weekend, and called them just now to ask if I play the satellite today that I have a seat for from the Sit n Crush whether I get $4900 in tourney bucks, or a package that is then my responsibility to sell. He said neither. All I get is $800 in cash. And THAT'S IT. Can you verify this? So far, I've heard all three answers. Seriously, what the **** is wrong with your customer support?

Does anybody use ACR on Mac? Their support says that it only works on a Desktop Mac and not a MacBook Pro... which doesnt make any sense to me... On my MacBook Pro, when I open the app it does nothing.
