What's the deal with the site right now? I got an email saying they sent me a free $20, so I logged in to play, and literally 99% of the cash tables I can find have everyone sitting out or showing up as disconnected. The only game that's running is a full ring 2NL game with 3 people playing and 6 people sitting out. If I sit at a HU game where the person is active, they quickly sit out after I post my initial blind. What's going on?

They had an ISP disconnect or something and had to re-start their servers.

The "Current Status" and "Achievement Medals" under Rewards do not load for me since the update. Anyone with the same problem? Ofc i contacted support already and... well, you know the rest of the story by now...

Same here. Or Checking Protocol Version. Takes 10+ tries to get it to open.

I tried to review a very surprising hand in your hand history just after it happened and it was missing. So I called your representative who after failing to locate the hand expressed incredulity. Never the less, the had was in my HM2 database. Is this kind of error common, and should this concern players?

Uninstall poker client
Update Windows and Internet Explorer
Reboot computer
Reinstall poker client


The above procedure should fix many random issues.

Hello!

I am using WPC on YaPoker!. I requested a withdrawal via BitCoin on Sunday, 4/29 at 6:52PM and it has not been processed yet. I got in contact with chat support and was told it can take up to 15 business day, is it correct?

If so, I see on ACR users are not having this problem, how can I transfer my funds directly?

I am seeing an error message stating "client application has performed an illegal operation. Please restart the client for instructions on reporting the error"

I have to uninstall and reinstall software to get it to work sometimes. Getting old. I have windows 10. Anyone else know anything about this issue? any ideas?

They told me it was a computer problem. Even though all other sites I use work just fine. And everything else is working on my computer. But their response is its my computer. "take it to Best Buy and get a computer that can run their game". My computer is brand new. Frustrated

Will the rewards tab for the Mac software ever be fixed?

I cannot claim any medal bonuses, see my level, or anything with out it, and it has been like this for too long.

The cashier is the same, so they should pay out exactly the same timeframes....

I use W10 too.

It happens to me BCP. I have ACR software downloaded too and in this site it doesnt happen to me.

It keeps happening to you? Have you solved it?
