Can we get rakeback if we had an account on Doyles?

That is just beyond piss poor!

They have a major update and talk all kinds of smack about how they are going to be the next king of poker. Yet, they chose to jump into a network that has just about the worst software out there, buy a skin [Doyle's room] that has a terrible reputation (not paying out on a rake race for months & stealing gold card and gold chip portfolios from players), and then miss the biggest single item in their software fix.

My advice: whoever is doing the investing here should really evaluate why they can't make some moderately good decisions in building a site.

It's akin to a murderer not jaywalking when leaving the scene of a crime for fear of breaking a law.

Let me repeat that no one has ever been charged there and no one ever will be. It's a complete joke and everyone knows that including the people who slipped it in without debate, attached to a must pass (similar to the UIGEA) in the middle of the night years ago.
Well I guess its also Merge's choice as well ... Yatahay is not the only network blocking states, same for the Cake network with the Kentucky stick. Hopefully this will change in the near future when online poker is finally fully regulated in the US.

Afaik no, but there is not really much you can do with the FPP right now anyways.

The old rakeback deal and 33% are still valid, I actually have that for my players account as well (also signed up when they were still on Cake. I use PT3, so can't comment on the HEM issue, but there should be an overview of your rakeback in the rewards tab.

Your best bet is to send a PM to the ACR Rep on 2+2. There is no guarantee but you can try.

Your post definitely fits to your username on 2+2 as well, is usually helps though to address issues in a reasonable and constructive way.

My core point was to fire the people that work on bugs for the software if they can't fix a huge bug like not showing the mucked cards after 4 months of this being a problem.

Ok, I will be a little more positive. Nice to see a lot of commercials for you guys on TV. Kinda gives a ray of hope that online poker in the US has a chance of some growth.

I am just an affiliate and hopefully the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, since I can understand from a players point of view that this becomes even more important when the traffic picks up.

As far as the hope for online poker in the US, only time will tell imho and a lot depends on the regulation and how the government approaches it.

It is like this on purpose. Supposed to mimic live poker where when you muck a hand it actually is mucked.

Not 100% sure about all deposit and cashout options since I am not from the US. As far as rakeback is concerned, you have to look for an affiliate that offers rakeback on there, if possible with an additional rake race as further incentive. Just ask Uncle Google, he knows (almost) everything.

LOL, someone desperate to get their fix?

Not sure why all affiliates are bull****; most sites don't offer RB directly anyway. Not sure if that's the case with ACR.

Not really, it basically depends on the goodwill of the Rep and would be much easier through an affiliate anyways, now add a private race for some extra boost on top of the 27% rakeback and it is good value.

First of all, in live, the loser of the hand does sometimes show their hand. Second, in online poker, the way it works is that the loser always shows.

I haven't done as much playing recently, but it used to be that some networks did it that way, and some didn't, and that's just the way it was. It had never occurred to me that it was a bug, but just the way the software had been designed. Intentionally.

There is no real way to mimic live poker in this regard. You can ask to see the hand live, but if you do it repeatedly, you'll be quite unpopular at the table, and if you abuse the privilege the floor may eventually say no.

first, youre allowed to ask to see a hand but your pretty much considered a douche if you do so people dont do it. Second, in online poker, the way it works is however they choose for it to work.

If I qualify for a tournament through a satellite will I still get the points toward the rake race for the tournament that I qualified for?

I don't see anything that would speak against it, since only the participation matters and not how you qualified for it. After all, you still pay the same buy-in as all other opponents as well, right? So yes, you will receive the Points towards the race.

Cake had the issue of it not showing mucked cards and then considered it a bug & fixed it.

Live support told me I would not get points for the tournament if I qualify for the tournament because I did not directly buy in, so I want to get confirmation from the ACR rep.
