do some yoga or P90x Stretching like I just did. Definitely helps. Also, needbeer had a great post about this, either in last year's SNE Pursuit thread or his well. Either way, he basically suggests B vitamins as well as Ginko, among other things.

U gonna wanna do high protein with "good" carbs and lotsa small meals....nothing heavy as it will make u tired.

I do 2 big 24tabling sessions per day usually, Probably couldnt do it if i didnt do a cardio session in the middle of em....its like hitting a reset button.

Here is something I wrote a couple months ago..

Breakfast: I usually start with some "Living Intention" cereal, my favorites are the Acai/Blueberry and the Chia Ginger (note that it is expensive cereal though.. but you get what you pay for imo.) I pour almond or hazelnut milk over, as oddly enough I mentioned earlier in the well. I also like to follow that up with a bowl of diced fruit (my body has an intolerance to several fruits, such as oranges, and mangos.. food intolerances are a common symptom of people with Lyme or other immune problems. But the ones I can eat, I enjoy plenty of. Buy organic.

Lunch: My favorite is sushi. 3 or 4 times a week I eat tuna/salmon/yellowtail sashimi, usually with a salad and light soup.

Dinner: As always, I try to maintain a balanced meal. Organic meats and produce. And stay away from all the bleached flour products... all these doughs, breads, buns, etc.

And I snack throughout the day, such as mixed nuts, among other things (like the Raw bar mentioned in my blog). The less processed the food usually equates to the healthier the food. Just because you go to the store and buy a bag of chips that say 'baked' or 'low fat' on them doesn't mean they are good for you. Sure, relative to the greasy fried chips they are a godsend, but compared to a handful of cashews they are the antichrist. If you're going to buy packaged products, read the ingredient labels and gravitate toward products where you can pronounce everything on the label.

Who else is still in school while pursuing SNE? Undergrad or grad school? I will be graduating from law school in May, so I only have to handle those obligations for < 1/2 the year. I can't wait to be done.
