I am interested in this as well. Do I understand correctly that we don't have to opt-in and there should be a spin the next day where we can win cashback?

Fullfilled my personal requirments yesterday, but no spin today.

Does it work for anyone?

Yep 40 minutes passed as a second. I understand that many cash guys lost more money than me during a minute, but for tournaments player there was also prolonged torture.

this was the answer from customer support. this is a ridiculous answer that would only fly if someone wasnt aware of how terrible your software has been for the last week.

Yeah I am sure that's their big concern, not all the money they get from the Saturday depositor crowd and increased cash flow the extra rake during the weekend brings in. And to your pre edited post, it is worth a lot more than a couple of 10ks in freerolls.

Been credited with a free ticket to the tournament i was frozen out of earlier. Fair play I guess. Was genuinely expecting nothing. Support got back within 30mins which is very surprising.

888 Rep. How do we as customers see a history of transactions made by you to our accounts such as refunds or any other monitory deposits. this information should be easily shown?. I have the latest software and there is it even a “bonus” section in my client. I cant see how much in refunds are given, rakeback spins, nothing.

Has anyone had a situation when 888 mtt has issues and you get disconnected and then you can't log back in? If so, do you get refund back if you email them telling them what mtt you were currently logged in before you can't log back in? I had few situations like that but eventually after a while i was able to log back in but of course my chip stack was low when i could finally log back in.

This account was made because I was getting disconnected and scammed out of money because of their software last summer. Its shameful that we are not protected by the gaming commission and this company can continue to neglect their software, support and gaming client to such a degree.

They have been open years, its sad
