Hi guys! I am a casual/rec player. I started playing on 888 just before Xmas. On the whole I have been quite happy. But!
1)Is there a way to disable the stupid "promos" and exchange them for rakeback? Everyday, the witless "wheel of fortune" spins, and "awards" me a ticket for a tournament which I can't play because I work evenings, and in any case do not wish to waste my time on a 3000 player shove-fest, for 50p etc. Equally, the scratch-card bollocks. Just stop it!
2)Satellites: Why are the tickets only valid for a very short time period? If I buy in to a satty, and win a ticket, that winning ticket belongs to ME. I paid for it, I won it. It should be mine to use as and when I see fit. Not just to vanish after 7 days. (I work most evenings)
3) Timebanks. Ridiculously short! If I am multi-tabling and I get a reasonable hand which needs some thought, or if I wish to size my bet to something other than the pre-sets, I invariably time-out, either on the table in focus or on one or more of the others. (I play at max, 6 tables, usually 4, but this is still an infuriating issue)
OTOH, I had to contact support recently, for a silly issue, which was entirely my fault, I only wrote to them to "let off steam" They were great, and to my surprise compensated me for what was my own fault, so, GG, NH and VWP, 888 Support team!

I am having big issues for a repeated time with my account (Neryus).

On login, I get a message that my username/password is incorrect, which is false. I 100% use the correct one, copied and managed from my password manager.

I contacted email support, but they are pretty slow. I did get an answer that it's fixed, but that's unfortunately not the case.

Noteworthy also, that when I request a password reset, the token that I get send to my mobile is always invalid when typing it in. Tokens sent to my email just never arrive (yes I checked the junk folder).

Can you please investigate in this? I replied the email support again, but they are really slow.

i've been playing for years poker on 888 on and off for small amount and was mostly a 'smart' fish that would always tilt away my bankroll after tilting it.

I finally started making some money and try to withdraw some but i have some concerns:

- I live in Canada, it's Can dollars and 888 have a weird way when i deposit money to overcharge the rate of us-can dollar. How do i make sure to get the money off my withdrawal from the us dollars to my can bank without 888 charging a weird rate? If i decide to withdraw in US and not my currency, my money will arrive to may Canadian (TD) bank in us or will the bank automatically convert it?

- I deposited through different methods and only cashed once for like 300$ through check, but only option available now in my area in 2020 seems to be wire transfer. They ask for bank information that i'm not familiar with?

The swift code is just an identifier for your bank when doing international wires. Call them up and ask for it, probably listed on their website, too. Ted's swift code should be TDOMCATTOR, bit double check. IBAN is International Bank Account Number, they aren't used in North America.

The problems are caused by your inadequate technical team, developers and overall quality of intelligence working there. Multiple people have said they are getting the same message. I got the same message. Its because your team doesn’t develop properly compatible software and just are not up to standards. Why u keep asking for user name user name. Stop being lazy. Go find out what the problem is and post a solution for others now and future experiencing this problem. Thats proper customer service
