I asked CS where your page of rules are for PLO8, (similar to the page for Texas Hold'em at https://www.888poker.com/official-texas-holdem/), as no mention of it comes up with a search, yet you had tables playing PLO8 as I wrote. If there is no such page, I suggested that you should correct the oversight.

Three days later, I received this response:

Ricardo, from a review of the poker software I have located the Tournaments you are referring to. Nonetheless these it was also seen that you are referring to the Double or Nothing - PLO8 under the ' Sit & Go ' Tournaments.

Furthermore note that PLO8 stands for Pot Limit Omaha and the digit 8 signifies how many persons can register for the tournament. In addition to this you should have the ' Game ' section which would indicate what type of Tournament you are playing in and the ' Limit ' would also indicate if it is Pot Limit or No Limit.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Not only did he use someone else's name to address me; not answer my question in any way; and not take on board my sensible suggestion; but also, almost unbelievably, one of your paid Member Support Representatives actually wrote the paragraph above that I bolded!

Can you explain me please, as an official representative of 888 poker, why optimus23p is still able to play on your site and his account isn't at least frozen? Why a known and proven cheater is still able to be active on your site. I've wrote a letter to 888 and got no response. Here you told me that you've send this to your security department. Wouldn't you consider freezing his account right the way, stop any activity from him?
Are poker sites that blind by greed, can't you understand that bots are right now THE BIGGEST RISK FOR THE WHOLE INDUSTRY, in a couple of years you'll be left with no clients and profit. Only few bots fighting. The reputation of online poker will go to trash. 888 just willingly allow bots on their site, is that right?

How long does it take to get my ID verified?

I uploaded a document 2 days ago, emailed about it yesterday and have had no response other than a pre-canned email.

So having just been "awarded" a $5000 all-in tournament ticket for my last 5 levels of loyalty (the equivalent of a month's play), my next level promises a "reward" of 480 gold coins for 7 days of poker play. $3 is my maximum rakeback for a whole week of play, no matter what the stakes. Seriously pathetic. Compare yourselves to Party. Even part time at low stakes, I would get $20 to $25 rake back over the course of a week.

I cant get rid of those "Challange Completed!" notifications, I press the [x] but nothing happens, what do? Can I deactivate them somehow?

Is there a way to make the lobby not minimize everytime I open a table?
I see everyone instantly sitting out as soon as a rec sits out, is this allowed? If no, is it getting tolerated?

Have been waiting TWO weeks now for a simple refund. Your tables did not resize properly and screenshots were sent clearly showing the bet/call/fold buttons being covered by the table. This should take 5 seconds to see and comprehend and another 2 minutes to get approval for a small refund. Instead, am not only waiting two weeks but after being fed up with the incompetence of 888 support the one rep then says I admitted cheating at the tables and forwards to the relevant department ( I told them I also had video of the endless technical errors I have experienced while playing and said if I was not refunded promptly I would post them to warn others of this trashy software that causes people to lose money) May I suggest either investing MORE money on hiring smarter people in every department and more numbers in general OR allocating less money in advertising and throw a few hundred K towards the hiring more smarter customer service. This is an embarrassment

Dude, been waiting for refunds since the beginning of the month. Painstaking explaining over and over whats happened and finally getting fed up the rep accuses me of admitting cheating. It’s like speaking with sneaky children who only hear what they want. I think they believe if they act stupid enough customers will stop emailing or they can just save money on refunds this way. I also sent them definitive proof multiple times of a player using a table script that anyone with a pinch of common sense can deduce. In the end i’m accused of a ridiculous claim. I make a hefty wage at my full time job and would not know how to cheat or where to start. It’s an ad hominem attack by inept 888 support who will accuse honest people of cheating if they have too to continue to allow professional cheats to rake their games. I would recommend to be very careful to anyone risking money here at this point. These are not professional people. And then when I respond and say, wait what? LOL really. I did said what, there is no explanation as to what I did (did nothing wrong, complete diversion from staff to divert from my refund claim and my own submission of players using tos breaking software) This employee clearly did not address previous emails properly and should have their work critiqued and analyzed and he should be fired or reprimanded for ineptitude. The same rep on an email before asked me for screenshots of what happened on my table and continued to fight with me to send to the technical department l. This is 4 emails later and screenshots were sent the first time. If any business handled clients like this in the financial service sector at a bank for instance those employees would be searching for new jobs. How the standards here have lowered so much that a company would rather have staff revert to baseless claims towards customers because they are sick of hearing them ask for accountability for two weeks. It’s pathetic

How do other people from the UK cash out while avoiding as many fees as possible?

Make sure your 888 deposit/withdrawal currency is in USD. Check by going to the deposit page, in small text it'll say "your account will be debited $x". If it says "your account will be debited £x" 888 are doing the conversion themselves with a ridiculous rate, ask them to change it (they might play dumb at first).

Using your debit card is probably best, most UK banks don't charge that much for receiving foreign currency. If you have a few accounts check the fees on each.

Beware: the browser version https://ndl.triple8holdem.com/# allows to register into real-money No-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo MTTs but doesn't display their tables correctly: the user's hole cards aren't shown at all, opponents show down 2 hole cards instead of 4. The replayer shows all the 4 hole cards, but not seeing my hole cards during the hand is obviously not fun, especially when the desktop client fails to install correctly if downloaded in Russia without a VPN.

NL Holdem MTTs do work fine in the browser.

Is there a way to change the progressive tournaments table layout where it can look like a regular big fish or regular tournament? Or is that not possible?

Player 3zMyers should be checked for being a bot. This guy is playing 20-23 hours sessions.
