And the withdrawal approval time? Why does it take a week when other sites do it in minutes or hours? Would using other methods (other than debit card) like Skrill make it faster? I am talking about approval time, not withdrawal time.

Wow....

I've literally told you I've replied and got no response.

I've literally told you when I have emailed a question they don't answer and then go quiet.

Your answer...

Email the team who (1) don't respond with an answer and (2) email the team who just don't reply back.

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: March 24, 2019

“SkallePer58” Wins Sunday Mega Deep for Sweden

The $215 buy-in Sunday Mega Deep attracted 313 players who rebought 128 times, which meant a $100,000 prize pool was reserved for the top 45 players. Among those to get a piece of it were Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt (38th - $600), “IggyGak” (24th - $750), “Panzerfish” (14th - $1,250), “Mr.Fonzi” (7th - $3,400), “EyeofSkadi” (4th - $8,250), and “sikosomatik” (3rd - $11,000).

After 10 hours and 36 minutes, Sweden’s “SkallePer58” bested Finland’s “purplegerbil” in heads-up play to win a $19,350 first-place prize. The win came a little more than a year after “SkallePer58” took down the $15,000 Turbo Mega Deep for $5,668.

“mrsmith78” Wins Rake or Break Main Event for $17,300

The $320 buy-in Rake or Break Main Event drew 227 players who rebought 55 times. That meant the $100,000 prize pool target wasn’t hit -- $84,600 was on tap – so all players got their rake back!

The top 27 spots were paid including “RoddyMacneil” (29th - $634.50), “Villeroi” (17th - $930.60), “CalmRevolver” (8th - $2,115), “alexos888” (5th - $4,906.80), and “strangejelly” (3rd - $9,559.80).

After 7 hours and 34 minutes, it was “mrsmith78” defeating “StuntSoHard” in heads-up play to win the title and accompanying $17,300.70 first-place prize. It was a bit of redemption for “mrsmith78” after he finished seventh in February’s $300 buy-in RakeLESS Sunday Main Event for $4,300.

“laston16” Outlasts the Competition to Take Down Rake or Break Challenge

The $109 buy-in Rake or Break Challenge had a target prize pool of $25,000, which it surpassed by drawing 220 players who rebought 49 times. That resulted in a $26,900 prize pool that was paid out to the top 36 players including “ImPaulin” (25th - $228.65), “HermanMelvin” (14th - $363.15), “tikkapekka” (9th - $511.10), “root4deuces” (5th - $1,560.20), and “DuduPa1986” (3rd - $3,039.70).

After 7 hours and 27 minutes, the UK’s “laston16” bested Malta’s “Aletotti” in heads-up play to win the $5,501.05 top prize.

Rake or Break Monsoon Ends in Heads-Up Deal

The $55 buy-in Rake or Break Monsoon surpassed its $15,000 target by attracting 316 players who rebought 75 times. That created a $19,550 prize pool that was paid out to the top 45 players including Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (45th - $117.30), “YupYupMan” (25th - $146.62), “ZDamian” (12th - $293.25), “MuggyW” (5th - $1,114.35), and “bomberman115” (3rd - $2,150.50).

After 7 hours and 24 minutes in the tournament, the final two struck a deal in which Canada’s “Kurple” finished in second place for $3,022.70 and Lithuania’s “RB27.” claimed the title and $3,595.90 in prize money.

“TigerNoTilt” Bests Mark Hurd to Win Sunday Deepstack Monsoon

The $55 buy-in $10,000 GTD Sunday Deepstack Monsoon saw 195 players rebuy 75 times, which created a $13,500 prize pool paid out to the top 27 players including “gawner” (19th - $135), Ian “Simpioni” Simpson (10th - $236.25), “lagostim” (6th - $675), and Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (4th - $1,181.25).

After “Life0nMars” bowed out in third place for $1,586.25, the title came down to the UK’s “markhurd” and Ukraine’s “TigerNoTilt.” Nine hours and nine minutes into the tournament, the latter came out top and took down the $2,902.50 first-place prize.

“wisimaki” Wins Whale for $22,000

The $1,050 buy-in Whale surpassed its $50K GTD by drawing 36 players who rebought 19 times. That created a $55,000 prize pool that was paid out to the top five players including “StuntSoHard” (5th - $4,400), “PokerJoe332” (4th - $5,500), and “purplegerbil” (3rd - $8,250).

After 5 hours and 26 minutes, it came down to the UK’s “wisimaki” and Canada’s Sam “FlatTopTony” Greenwood. The former ultimately prevailed to claim the title and $22,000 first-place prize. The win came two weeks after he finished sixth in the same tournament for $3,245.

While he didn’t win the Whale, Greenwood would win something else on Sunday – a seat into the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event. Read on to find out how.

On Their Way to Vegas!

Sam “FlatTopTony” Greenwood & Diego “chiquidealer” Sobrino Win WSOP packages
Remember, every Sunday at 20:30 GMT now through June, 888poker will host a $1,050 “WSOP 2019 Main Event Package Qualifier.”

This week’s qualifier had 46 entries and awarded three more seats to the 2019 WSOP Main Event. They went to Canada’s Sam “FlatTopTony” Greenwood, Argentina’s Diego “chiquidealer” Sobrino, and Germany’s “CBruell.”

I made a 26$ withdrawal, i consider taking advantage of a first deposit bonus offer.

I would have to deposit 100sek and for that i would get
-100sek in instant bonus
-200sek freeplay bonus (winnings limited to 200 sek)
-200sek in delayed bonus.

sounded good at first but i'm not sure if it's worth my time to unluck it.

The "instant bonus" isn't instant, it requires me to aquire 35 bonuspoints before i can withdraw it.

edit: turns out "freeplay" is restricted to casino games, no thanks.

We take player’s feedback very seriously and have already made changes to the new client version following player requests. For example, the chat is now back in its original position, we have added bet slider and option to change the felt color, and many more. We are looking into his other feedback as well.

Regards
If the chat is back to its original position, I welcome it and I applaud you.

However that confirms my original point which is that changes should be vetted by players before they are implemented. That way, you don't make obvious, unforced errors that players can spot on first look.

I want to recognize that by implementing the new software changes starting with a smaller circle and gradually expanding is following that philosophy. But when you make a mistake such as wiping notes, that's a sign you still need to do better.

Until this morning my negative opinion on the new look software was based on pictures but now my software updated and I still maintain it looks like it was designed by a kid for kids.

The sounds are poor and the card design is terrible and my notes are gone and wont work when I copy them like before. The only good thing I can say about it is the chat is back visible. Why not just use old layout and put chat back on screen.
If I may offer a compromise. Why not slap chat back to the old layout and then offer both the new and the old one?

Look at how Pokerstars did it when they introduced Pokerstars 7 a few years ago. They added a new default theme in order to modernize their look and appeal to mobile clients - like I suspect you want to do as well- but they kept all the familiar themes players had been using.

It's not difficult technically and it's a win win situation. Everyone's going to be very happy!

Then just focus on stopping disconnections and everyone's going to be ecstatic!

Played the $320 "target" on Sunday. It didn't meet its $100k target. How do i get my rake ($20) back? Unless I'm mistaken it wasn't automatically credited.

Am i wrong?

it is not working to get the old version via the link www.888poker.com/router, with that link you download the new version

888Rep please give us a link to download the old version of the software

You will kill the games and your whole poker website. The new version is horrible as I already told you in December in the 2+2 chat. This version is killing the games no fishes will play with the new version. At the moments games continue because most of the players still play with the old version, but from time to time they have to reinstall and switch to the new version and that will be the end of 888poker

believe me or not. You can think that I am just one of the guys who is upset with the new software and think there are always a few people who are against everything. But you will see, I already told you in December now all the people complain about the new software and if it is not comfortable to play at you people will leave. At first the recreational players after the regulars

PLEASE PROVIDE US A LINK WITH THE OLD VERSION!!!!
