Do you have an answer from your boss about changing of the registry values?

IS it just me or we really can't close this thing? This is quite annoying to be honest, I have to get out of the table and join again to make that thing go away. pressing the X button doesn't do anything.

I can't see the guy's stacksize, I still go to the lobby just to see how much he has left.

I've made at least 8 deposits and 4 withdrawals over the years with 888. I have never been asked for ID until my last withdrawal request. My bank account is linked and that is how I deposit and withdraw. No problem, I opened the client and uploaded my ID within 30 minutes of receiving the email. It says I will receive another email once my ID is verified.

It has now been over a week and there's been no response or acknowledgement of receiving my ID. My withdrawal is still in limbo and of course can still be reversed.

Funny enough I'm actually a net depositor on 888 and just had a nice tournament score and wanted to take off less than 40% of my roll. I can only imagine how I'd be treated if I was a winning player...

I don't want to give my name to 888 rep and be told it will be forwarded. I do want to know some facts from people who have been in my situation before. How long did it take you to get verified? Did they let you deposit and withdraw relatively small amounts without verification and then ask for ID after you bink an MTT?

The more threads I read about 888 the more concerned I get.

It usually takes a week. It is a standard verification procedure and nothing to be concerned about.
Hopefully it will be concluded by Monday for you.
Thanks!

888, what on earth have you done to the software?????? It is awful. Was it done for a bet? Is someone trying to bring the company down? You are going to see players leaving in their droves as a result of that monstrosity you call an upgrade.

888 rep
Why not giving players the chance to decide for themselfes if they rather play on the old client or the new? Whats the problem to keep also the old themes and fonts?
Like that you dont risk mass leaving of players...i dont get it sorry...

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: January 20, 2019

Pair of Swede Strike Deal in Sunday Mega Deep

This week’s $215 buy-in Sunday Mega Deep drew 349 players to 888poker. With 130 rebuys, a $100K prize pool was on tap and dispersed to the top 45 players including “chazcombes” (23rd - $750), Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt (14th - $1,250), Stephen “Kale333” Van Zadelhoff (11th - $1,500), Roman “Romeopro33” Romanovskyi (6th - $4,400), and “GoinInDry” (3rd - $11,000).

After 11 hours and 34 minutes, a pair of Swedes stuck a deal that saw “Texxxas_” walk away with the title and $17,592.86 in prize money while “robblish1” finished second for $16,257.14.

XL Inferno High Roller Champ Victorious in Late Mega Deep

The $215 buy-in Late Mega Deep attracted 85 players who rebought 25 times, which meant the $20K GTD was surpassed. The $23,100 total prize pool saw $12,100 go into the regular prize pool and $11,000 into the bounty prize pool.

Only the top 12 got a piece of the former pool including “CarlWinslow” (12th for $302.50), “Aletotti” (7th for $514.25 + $237.50 in bounties), “larochekk” (4th for $1,149.50 + $562.50 in bounties), “n0sferatv” (3rd for $1,694 + $931.25 in bounties), and “donvito1960” (2nd for $2,238.50 + $425).

After 5 hours and 31 minutes in the tournament, “MisterN411” came out on top to win the $3,327.50 top prize plus the $3,481.25 progressive KO bounty. You might recall that back in May, “MisterN411” won the XL Inferno High Roller for $90,063.

“cottroni14” Defeats “CheckRaise55” to Win Sunday Challenge

The $109 buy-in, $20K GTD Sunday Challenge saw 197 players take to the virtual felt and rebuy 68 times, which resulted in a $26,500 prize pool up for grabs. Among the top 27 players to get a piece of it were “guydeet39” (24th - $265), “Simpioni” (13th - $397.50), “888topPair” (7th - $1,060), and “LucySagara70” (3rd - $3,113.75).

After just over eight hours in the tournament, “cottroni14” defeated “CheckRaise55” in heads-up play to win $5,697.50.

Ukraine’s “kazan4ik” Weathers Sunday Deepstack Monsoon to Win $3,118

The $55 buy-in Sunday Deepstack Monsoon featured a $10K GTD, which it easily passed by drawing 220 players who rebought 85 time. Among the top 36 to get paid were “Daralon” (20th - $129.62), “SweeetLifer” (13th - $205.87), “GunsandGret” (6th - $686.25), and “bernardino23” (4th - $1,296.25).

After Argentina’s “GabiLoValvo” bowed out in third place for $1,723.25, the title came down to Germany’s “IloveJBieber” and Ukraine’s “kazan4ik.” After 10 hours and 19 minutes, the Ukrainian came out on top to win the $3,118.73 top prize. The win came just a little over a month after “kazan4k” topped an 893-entry field to win the $20,000 Mini Mega Deep for $4,518.

“gixeru” Claims Monsoon Title for Romania

The $55 buy-in Monsoon crushed its $10,000 GTD by attracting 225 players who rebought 60 times, which created a $14,250 prize pool. The top 36 players got paid including “ZDamian” (21st - $121.12), “ole_schemion” (13th - $192.37), Mike “Pipedream17” Dietrich (6th - $641.25), and “HyperX.” (3rd - $1,610.25).

After 7 hours and 7 minutes in the tournament, Romania’s “gixeru” bested the UK’s “Geebotics” in heads-up play to win the title and accompanying $2,914.23 first-place prize.

Five days, no response from 888 for a major flaw their software has for players from a specific region. It's insanely bad support.

I messaged the rep here who just tells me to email support. That would be fine with Stars, but not very helpful when 888 support ignores me entirely or sends completely useless responses that ignore the issue at hand. Literally five days and still nothing.

The question/issue I asked you about was not account specific. It was 100% related to software/technical issues and what username is totally irrelevant to troubleshooting the problem. After 2+2 was hacked, they advised people not to enter personal information on here. I offered to send you my details elsewhere but you did not provide a way.

Again 888 support has ignored me for 5 days now. Is that okay with you? And again, my issue is not account specific, so why can't you help troubleshoot?

Since swedish players had to move to 888poker.se client, I had to do a new ID verification before being able to to withdraw . It has now been ten days (7 work days) I havent heard from 888 at all.

The ticket ID with my documents are # 190122-006726. If 888rep could help speed up the process I would be gratefull.
