my situation has been handled fairly but I still don't want to play until the issue(s) have been resolved. So can the 888 rep agree to post on here when normal service can be resumed. Ie you could play deepstacks without dc ing. Its been a while now and people are still reporting problems!

I got refunded so that's a plus for support and 888 network.

today before i started the grind my bankroll was about 13k.
I could withdraw about 4k. the other 8,x k were so called "bonus balance". I cant withdraw that money.
I sent 3k to a friend.
I played tournaments worth 6k usd.
My bankroll was down to 4k. my bonus balance was 3,x k. I checked it during my grind. I ended up winning a large amount and now my bonus balance is 8k. 8k i cant withdraw. this is a mess and a str8 scam in my opinion.

If i would have lost the 6k today, but would have won next sunday a large amount. what would happen ? Bonus balance back to 8k ?
this is just unreal.

888rep is using a betting script ok on 888? E.g. i press button on my mouse and the betsize in the text box changes to 75% of the pot.

very similar position to what I'm in. a friend sent me 7k there and I needed to transfer some. All I've done is lost money in the process and still can't send/cash out anything. it's put me in a super gross spot and if this isn't rectified quickly it will strongly impact my decision to play on 888 in the future. when I'm looking for new sites to play on and occasionally punt in the casino etc imo it would be stupid to scare away business...pleaase sort ASAP

I do agree though, but they would need to implement "On Demand". 18-90 man or something. I am sure a lot of the MTT players would crossover to play them at a reasonable stake. I am primarily a 9 man player but i would register them every time.

they're not dumb enough to put 180 mans up, would be nice if they had some sort of incentive for the mid stakes SNG, even $20-$50 6 mans hardly ever run

This is happening to me too. Please fix this it is nonsense. How can you expect people to play here when you hold funds hostage like this? Players should be aware that if they receive a transfer from a friend that they will have to roll over the dollars to a seemingly factor of 10x which is ludicrous.

Given all of the **** 888 gets in this thread, i feel obliged that today I got my refunds for the disconnections due to the DDOS attack last Sunday. Their response was fast and the amount reimbursed more than fair. I am very happy and they deserve huge props for that.

Dealing with this issue in that way gives me the assurance to play again regardless of whether a ddos attack occurs. It's a huge peace of mind.

on demand seems like the most robust idea. maybe 6max 12man so they actually fill up.
3$ 36man are so dead 90% of the week but normal tournaments up to 100$ get enough players for ODs to might work

personally id like to play non turbo 45/90man sng games.

maybe have one a rebuy to attract more attention?

and list the on demand ($3.50?)90man rebuy under the tourney tab aswell for attention
