We added a new mechanism which removes players from cash tables after they sit out for 15 minutes. This is intended to tackle the table camping phenomenon.
Once the player is sitting out a message is displayed to him indicating that he will be kicked out of the table after 15 minutes. In case that happens he’s not allowed to return to the table in the next 30 minutes.

Got my account suspended under the suspicion of using seating scripts/aids while I never used such programs and only play Snap anyways.

I must say you guys have a sense of humor xD But it is pathetic to see from a large site like this.

Also funny because it has happend before and that time I was not even playing on the site for months, just logged in once in a while to check out the games.

Somehow their system of detecting this crap is faulty but they are too ignorant and unprofessional to fix it. Took them a month before they reinstated my account. Will take them a month this time as well and so on. Won't be a next time because ill cash out this time, which will be in a month time of course. GG 888

AlexMoreno900, Lol, before you accuse me of the script, afterwards carefully as I sit down at the tables and you will understand that your suspicions are wrong. Previously, I always started tables, after the introduction of 888, I stopped doing this, tk. after a certain time, throws it off the table, also if I carefully look at how I sit down, I never reserve a place, as scripters do, but sit down at once and quite often without a position on the recreational player. Therefore, your accusations are empty.

Therefore, 888 won't give you a ban if my accusations are wrong. But it looks like you are using some specific software that is restricted by 888 rules. I will watch you next few days.

okay, no problem, follow me. On Gipsyteam I created a special topic for the borba with violators who use the script and sitayut, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the nicknames and follow them too. Problem 888 is that they do not banned real scripts.

Honestly, I think it's a little bit of an overkill to set up a scratching event for something that will 95% of the time be a ticket you can buy for 10chips (10¢) at the store or 1$ if youre very lucky. Just do a pop up that announce the price instead

Or better yet just give tickets to everyone who made a deposit instead of that illusionary promotion that actually gives nothing

Any chance you could remove the function that minimizes the lobby window when opening a SNG/MTT lobby or cash game. It is so annoying if you want to keep looking down the list to register things. Atleast have a checkbox in settings or something.

monday i got a message about sit script (snap hud) usage. of course i never used anything of it and due to a lot ban cases decided to cash out
tuesday didnt play but got second same message
wednesday didnt play but got 3rd message and answered that i never cheated
thursday (today) didnt play, got 4th same message
friday ...will be banned?
is it ok?

18th june i logged in and played a $1 blast game.
no other software was running
This was the last time i logged in or ran the 888 client.
Since then i have recieved 3 emails on the 19th , 20th , 21st june

For the avoidance of doubt, section (iv) shall not include any software program or external aid which, in our opinion, enables you to find a seat at a poker table or automatically seats you at a poker table.

You may not use any software program, robot or external aid, which is endowed with artificial intelligence or which is not included in the Permitted Aids list (as set out above) in connection with your use of our Services. Examples of such prohibited tools, software and external aids are: (i) tools and services that allow for any type of collusion between players, such as showing cards, (ii) tools that assist players to select games in accordance with player identity, (iii) tools or websites that reveal and share information about other players against their will, such as game statistics and overall earnings, (iv) any type of tool that performs any action on behalf of a player at the table, (v) any tool or program that collects information about other players at the tables in the player’s absence, (vi) any tool or program that provides game advice in real time based on the actions of the other players at the table; or (vii) any software program or external aid which, in our opinion, enables you to find a seat at a poker table or automatically seats you at a poker table (collectively “Software Aids”). In the event that we deem that any Software Aid has been used, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the Services to the offending user, terminating such user's account and seizing all monies held in such account.

Therefore, please understand that your account is being monitored for the use of Seating Aids in general or HUD’s in Snap Games, whichever applies in your case, and in the eventuality we see fit, this may result in your account being suspended or even possibly permanently blocked.

I've got the same message as last two guys. Strange situation because i never ever installed anything except 888 and PT3.

Seems like they ban every winning player.

Software still crashes every session(sometimes few times per session),when i close table
and no,i wasnt contacted by support,tho Rep asked for my nickname 8 days ago

I wish there was button "Never update client",because its seems worse with each one of em,even throwing veggies doesnt work at all tables
