Have seen you ranting in this thread more than anyone else recently and personally think some of your points have merit. Regarding the bolded you are talking absolute nonsense though. Companies can choose to service anyone or no one for any reason they wish as long as they are allowed to withdraw their balance.

I do believe the cash games at low/midstakes are infested with bots and allowing certain players to not show their location is outrageous. Repeating the same accusations over and over is just wasting your time while nothing will change. I would suggest playing elsewhere instead of banging on like a broken record.

My last post was badly worded m8. I later said that "if there was no law" that it should be looked into by the UKGC. I did not intend to imply that they cannot ban you without reason. I apologise for the poor wording of that post.

I do tend to bang on about things that annoy me on 888 which you are spot on about. I don't like when any business thinks it can do what it likes and just shaft consumers. Any site not just 888 should have to have a valid reason for terminating your service. Furthermore its the way 888 uses allegations which it cant back up to do this and inevitably ends up re instating the majority of the players in the end. It points to them trying to get rid of players they don't want on their site because they win and that's not right.

Any player found to have used AI deserves the biggest punishment possible. All people want on 888 or any site is fairness.

Btw I have stopped playing online for over a month now because I don't like the way these sites behave so that piece of your advice is already been taken. I obviously will not really bother posting much here now but for people who do play just sitting back and saying nothing means you are just co operating with the problem makers and I am not the type to do that.

888 used to be my favourite (and profitable ) site last year, but if you do not roll out a substantial software update and pkos I see black for your future.

The guaranties drop and still you are paying huge overlays and recs run away - 10.- plus mtts are reg-heavy like no other site

Is 888 really as soft as I'm hearing compared to Stars? I'm looking to play NLHE cash (6 max i guess, FR was dyijg off last time i played)

What's the deal with HUDs. I know Stars banned a lot, is 888 the same?

Any idea what rakeback/bonuses I'll be eligible for as a new player?

888 cash has a small player pool, high rake, virtually no rakeback / bonus system ........... occationally you will find quite soft tables

dunno so much for nlhe cash (except some push-fold tables that are sometimes very very soft), plo cash is much softer than ps

The 888pokerLive Barcelona Opening Event crushed all numbers in previous events with 829 entries creating a massive prize pool that obliterated the €100K GTD.

From Day 1A, it looked as if this 2018 edition of 888poker Live Barcelona was going to be special, and it sure started that way.
The series is set to run from 24 May through 4 June 2018, offering $1,000,000 (~ €800,000) in guarantees spread over a two-week period.
This also includes the massive €500K GTD Main Event, which has a €1,100 buy-in and is planned to start on May 31st.

888poker ambassador, Chris Moorman, who also cashed the opening event, talked about the festival –

“I think the main event will have a similar amount of runners as the opening event but will obviously be way bigger because of the higher buy-in of €1,100.
The money on offer to those who make the final table will be substantial for what is a relatively low buy-in.”

I´m writing you because i´ve received an email from you saying this:

After an investigation, we have found disturbing patterns on your account which highlight the use of Seating Aids or software providing HUDs. Seating Aids in general and the use of HUDs in certain games are not allowed on our network and their use is a breach of our User Agreement

Which must be a mistake because i only use PokerTracker4 and 888Caption (softwares that are allowed by 888) as far as I know. I don´t use any special HUD with superstats or NoteCaddy, also i don´t play SPEED poker, so there is no way i´m breaking the rules.

So there is another thing that must be causing a confusion, i use a different layout, it´s just a theme for the tables from pokerlayout.eu

i don´t see why a customized layout for playing at the tables must be something that break the rules, but is the only thing that maybe is causing the confusion ?

Can you go further into this please, just tell me what i am doing wrong. I don´t have any intention to break any rule of your site, i like to play at 888poker and i really want to keep playing here

Once again all my notes from the lobby are gone.
It happens once in a while,last time they contacted me and told me to change some symbols in some files via notepad,it helped for a few weeks or so,and then it all went back,without saving new notes.So i kinda gave up

888 you REALLY NEED to upgrade your software.It feels like some early 90s with all those bugs and ****

U close one of the tables,client frezes for a second,and completely shuts down
U reopen it again,and autorebuy option is turned off,so u have to increase every table size manually for cashier button to appear,and check autorebuy box on every of 5 tables

Ok so after a year considering the case resolved, my account got disabled again.
I have no words about 888poker's behavior.
Please take a look at my case here and escalate it as soon as possible.

Me and also some friend, as well as several other posters have the same issue:
When you sometimes close a table, then the whole client shuts down.
It has started after the recent client-update.

Since so many people are affected, it is clear that it's not about individual cases and it is a bug caused by the recent client-update.
Could you please investigate if and when this bug will be fixed and update here?


Also could you please tell us if following softwares are allowed to use on 888?

a.) 888caption
b.) Hand2Note.
c.) PT4

Please note that Hand2Note and PT4 both offer a Hud on SNAP tables.
Something you have told us within this thread is al right for 888 - as we can see from the recent bans and some wording within the emails players have received, this seems to be not the case.
So could you please research what's the current stand from 888 on those mentioned softwares is and update here?

Thanks, but you likely mean that Pt4 and Notestats are not allowed on Snappoker-tables, since only those 2 would display Huds on Snap ?

is just a simple Hotkey-tool.
