Nice idea for the tournament. Seen a tweet going around that there is a free draw giving away some prizes during this event. The source is allegedly @OneDrop_All_In but concerned it may be a scam because there are no details of the prizes or terms and conditions of the draw. Unlike 888 not to include T&Cs in one of your promotions.

Your wasting your time m8. It doesn't matter how strong your evidence is against a cheater on 888 as nothing will ever be done. Collusion, bots, location desguising and team stables ganging up on p/f cash are all allowed on 888 with no consequence for the players responsible.

You can keep reporting and the rep will say they pass it on but you will still see them not only playing but still breaching the rules. Go over 888s head directly to the UKGC and report 888 for not protecting its clientele. These ****ers have to be accountable to someone.

The $215 buy-in Sunday Mega Deep offered up a $100K prize pool to the 334 players who competed (and rebought 87 times). Among those to finish in the top 48 and get paid were “Fukuruku” (31st for $680), “4timesBet” (17th for $970), Robin “Inho” Ylitalo (12th for $1,750), “Madeon1994” (8th for $2,250), and “Lucky_Frutti” (4th for $7,750).

After 10 hours and 10 minutes, Mark “PennyHrdaway” Darner, playing from Mexico, bested Sweden’s Apo “APOARSLAN” Arslan in heads-up play to win a $19,250 first-place prize. Darner has a slew of tournament cashes on 888poker including a win in the 2017 New Year’s Day $50,000 Sunday Challenge for $11,692.

Trio of Five-Figure Winners Deal in the Whale

The $1,050 buy-in Whale blew by its $100K guarantee by attracting 119 entries (70 unique + 49 rebuys). That created a prize pool of $119K paid out to the final table of nine. Among those to cash were “SkallePer58” (9th for $4,165), “hellohellooo” (6th for $6,545), and “summuNNN” (4th for $11,900).

After 7 hours and 37 minutes, the final three players worked a deal. Finishing in third place for $24,310.24 was “Kannwas,” while 2016 Mega Deep Anniversary winner “josef_shvejk” took second for $23,923.97. Winning the title and $29,115.79 in prize money was Sweden’s Anton “B.Mitchell” Wigg, who you might recall won the EPT6 Copenhagen for $672,818.

GREAT 8 Ends in Two-Way Deal

This week’s $88 buy-in GREAT 8 attracted 327 players who rebought 129 times. A $40,000 prize pool was up for grabs and the top 48 players got a piece of it including “Baambooo” (34th for $228), “summuNNN” (25th for $272), “88TIGER889” (10th for $700), and 888 regular “Fukuruku” (3rd for $4,300).

After 8 hours and 40 minutes, “ChaChoStyle” and “Dablinov” struck a heads-up deal that saw the latter earn $6,107.33 and the former $7,292.67 and the title. It was a nice score for “ChaChoStyle,” who back on February 12 placed 14th in the GREAT 8 for $274.40.

“Fukuruku” Breaks Through in the Sunday Challenge

The $109 buy-in Sunday Challenge attracted 341 players who rebought 125 times. A $50K prize pool was paid out to the top 48 finishers including “josf_shvejk” (23rd for $485), “JohnJone34” (15th for $675), “abmarin” (7th for $1,375), and “Ph4N888” (4th for $3,875).

After “n0sferatv” bowed out in third place for $5,375, Ukraine’s “Fukuruku,” who had several cashes on Sunday, squared off against Argentina’s “tinchoarce” in heads-up play. After 8 hours and 49 minutes, the Ukrainian emerged victorious to take down a $9,625 top prize.

A Pair of New Zealanders Final Table the Monsoon

The $55 Sunday Monsoon drew 258 runners who rebought 86 times. That helped surpass the $15,000 guarantee by creating a $17,200 prize pool that was paid to the top 36 spots. Among those to earn a piece of it were “Mr.Whittte” (30th for $129), “MttRaven” (20th for $146.20), “Jaolito85” (9th for $326.80), and “Flea_man11” (4th for $1,462).

Two players from New Zealand were at the final table. “NZhero007” finished in third place for $1,943.60, while “villagelife” defeated Russia’s “mne_d0edet1” in heads-up play to win the title for $3,517.40.

“villagelife” was less than two weeks removed from winning the $30 buy-in $2,500 8-Max Swordfish for $750. He also finished second in the Monsoon back on March 13 for $1,317.50, and on February 25 won the $1,000 GTD R&A for $490.50.

I got this email yesterday and I get so mad because I have never used Seating Aids on 888. I am using script but only in PokerStars.

I have posted here becuase I think there many player who are able to support me with this because I am struggling the tables on 888 for long time.

Please if anyone who battle with me at the tables can support me with this matter is very welcome.

How much longer is 888 going to tolerate teamplay, camping and ganging on their push/fold cash tables.

Two players from the UK one of which uses a seat script which is in violation to 888s terms are clearly ganging on unsuspecting players. Here is an example. Player1 and Player2 are sitting at table with one sitting out and a lot of times there is a third one sitting out and then a non reg joins and all sit in clean them out and sit out.

I watched this happen to another player a few minutes ago and Player1 and Player2 only became active when Player3(non reg) joined and they cleaned him out and then as the next hand started with player3 out Player1 won an allin against Player2 who then sat out. If that's not ganging what is? Who just waves goodbye to $250.

These players have been at this for years and 888 have done nothing. Party and Pokerstars do not tolerate this behaviour.

They have implemented a system where if a table becomes inactive a message will flash saying table will close within 30s if play is not resumed. There is only 1 inactive table allowed and only happens when all others are full.

This prevents camping which has been the most common complaint I have seen before the Rep here and no one has been punished.

888 is clearly irresponsible towards honest players and does not take the integrity of the game seriously.

On these tables I have reported a player botting who sat in for over a week straight(no breaks) which is not humanly possible not to mention he is disguising his location and nothing has been done.

All that's left to say folks is be very observant when you play here because you just don't know what your up against. You are better off at low stakes playing for fun. Playing higher is just like playing Russian roulette.

Good memory m8 and it appears that its a waste of time contacting the UKGC. Their response to my mail was we are not responsible for dealing with it. LOL they are supposed to regulate these sites are they not. Am I missing something here? The reason for my last post was that both Party Poker and Pokerstars have implemented a stong anti-camping policy which works so 888 will either have to do the same or its gonna look like 888 have some alterior motive to allow this behaviour to continue.

Hi everyone,

So the exact same situation here, I am playing on 4 poker networks, and I would use seating script (Hiroku) only for Pokerstars.

I stopped playing on 888 in January, after I started getting this message around once a week, and not getting proper response from 888 support to a question, if they do not allow the seat scripting on their site, or they do not allow for you to run a seating script at all while you have the 888 client open.

I gave them arguments like, they could monitor for average reserving/seating time, also look at the distribution of timing. But I did not really get any response.

So clarification from 888's rep would be ideal for this.

I would play mainly 5k plo ring games. Sn Bondurant97.

888 asked me to send documents . I did . Now 3 days are gone and still no answer, account is temporary disabled while 888 is checking everything. how long should i wait ? My nickname is Fliprip

I can't seem to find it. My laptop died and with the 888 downloaded you can spin the wheel. I am currently using the library computer so I can only use instant play. I cannot find the spinning wheel for daily prized. Can anyone help me please?

Dominik Nitsche revealed in a podcast that 888 is getting new software this year, and that he had already played on it. I'm always super interested in this stuff. How much info is out there about this? Or perhaps the rep can tease a few details?

Is it a rework of current software or totally new? (a screenshot would be great)
When can we expect it coming out?
What kind of features will the new software enable you to do?
