I've been an 888 player for a while now, came 8th in the 25k Swordfish on Sunday. Went to log in today and account is temporarily disabled with no correspondence? Can I get some more info?

Tuesday is our high roller day! The $2,100 buy-in Event #16: $250,000 High Roller will get underway at 19:00, while at the same time the $215 buy-in Event #17: $100,000 Mini High Roller will play out.

Hi. I started playing about a month ago on 888 and got a message this morning that my account has been suspended due to possible AI use. All I have been using is Pokertracker 4, and that doesn't even work on the SNAP Cash games that I have exclusively played. I emailed Operations about this already but was hoping you could help move this along. I had a pending cashout as well that was canceled.

Hi

I received two warnings email for use of Seating Aids or software providing HUDs in Snap games. First i don't play any snap game ; I only play Fixed Lmit and at my games only 2-3-4 games run at max ; it is easy to select manually. I only use PT4 and TST(this one just for Stars). I played on 888 and 888 skins for many years and never had a such problem. Now i am scare to play again

Hello, I would like to report about players constantly using auto-seat scripts at No Limit Hold'em tables at stakes $1/$2 through $3/$6, which is strictly forbidden by the rules of the site.

Here is the list of those players:

1. Enl1ght
2. LIKEHEROD
3. Puremadness1
4. NoobsvsBoobs

I would like you to check their behaviour at the tables.

It's a shame that no one at 888 can see why their SnG's are dead.

I'd love to play husng's on 888 but you have a 9.89% rake on husng's up to $10. By comparison, Stars charge less than 5% for a regular speed $7 game and just over 4% if it's a turbo.

Ipoker put their husng's up to 7.5% and they died too.

It seems no one wants to compete with Stars at all.

Sorry if this is wrong thread, but ive had this problem for a while since the software was updated a few months ago. The lobby covers my whole screen and a table takes up 1/3 of the screen. Im able to move it around but not able to resize or minimize. I looked up ur f.a.q and a few pages in this thread, but it doesnt seem like anyone else has had this problem recently? Ive tried to reinstall the software several times, but with no results. Is it really supposed to be like this? Does anyone know how to fix this if there is a setting that i can change? Thanks in advance

Thank you. I got an email today, but it only confirmed that the bonus privilege has been removed from my account, and no information was given as to why this decision was made.

The email only quoted a paragraph in the terms of service.

"In the event that the Company has reasonable suspicion that a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus, offer or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus, offer or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account."

As I said, I haven't played too much on 888poker lately. I completed the Fortune Trail Challenges, but I didn't play very much beyond that. Is that considered "abusing a bonus"?

I would like to provide some additional information regarding my previous post.

I have noticed that I have not had to meet any wagering requirements for a $10 bonus that I was given recently.

But that was probably because I lost more than $10 when I played Live Blackjack (to meet one of the Fortune Trail challenges). I won back the $10 afterwards, and the bonus and the wagering requirements were gone. That was the first time I played Live Blackjack (with $5 bets, with flat bets, and only using basic strategy). But that was not with the intention to remove the wagering requirements, or to abuse anything. And it is probably not very unusual to lose $10 and to win it back afterwards.

I don't know if that could be the reason why I was excluded from the promotion. But I thought I might post it here.

Lies. Get real rates for the day and convert say $2000 to € and you get €1600.56. Now go to cashier to make deposit and type in $2000 and you will be charged €1680. This is the same gap every time which means there is a hidden charge. Caught by the balls 888 and don't bull**** your customers with lies saying your rates are comparible with others. The above proves you wrong. There is a way for you to change your settle currency to get around this charge but 888 does not make this clearly visible nor do they wrn customers who deposit which means everyone is getting caught and 888 gets easy money. Therefore it is a scam in my opinion.

Several Brazilian players are complaining, return the deposit rate at least, everyone uses neteller usd. There's no reason for that rate.
