It has been around two weeks since You blocked my account by saying i am a bot. I have sent you all documents, you even asked for notarized documents that i sent too. Now You arent answering on my email. You didnt solve anything about it. Can you fix it?

When you say "resolved" you mean you did received the money or they said you will receive it? Because if they said so, not sure you can say "resolved" yet, sorry.

I was sure my cashouts requests were resolve last week after I spoke with a rep over the phone... but no... still nothing (and this is not on my bank side, I did phone them this morning). Been more then 2 weeks now (one cashout request was nov 23rd and two on nov 30). This is not a bank account problem since I did receive some smaller cashouts before. I did send them a picture of my driver licence before and now, after I spoke with another rep, I must send them a copy of my bank account statement.

So.. I hope your "resolved" really means "resolved".

So, my technical issue has been ongoing for two weeks now. I wrote an email to support explaining to them that I know a thing or two about computers and listed what I checked already and asked them to kindly refrain from sending a random template asking me to turn it off and back on again or what antivirus I have, and instead connect me with the tech team straight away. It took them 3 days and two further emails to give me this:

"Please note that this matter has been escalated to our technical team for further review. At this time, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days to receive a response relating to this. "

The following day I noticed my account had been temporarily disabled. At first I thought this was due to making two withdrawals close together but then I received a pretty shocking email with little explanation.

I was honestly quite shocked at this response. On pokerstars I have had my buy ins restricted for years without any issues.

Not only did I have uncleared deposit bonuses, over 40 unused tickets and gold tokens, but also my bankroll for $3 9 mans and two pending deposits for a total of $350.

There was no mention of this....

They have taken my only source of income away, assumed I have a gambling addiction and completely wiped my account....

Absolutely disgusted.

Just wondering what my next step would be?

Online poker as your only income, really? Why?

I'm unfit to work due to personal reasons. Fortunately I can play poker from home to fill the void till my health is back to 100% and my doctor gives me the go ahead. Unfortunately I can't walk more than 100m without collapsing currently.

By trade I am a geologist but as it is a very physically demanding job that I do it would leave me drawing dead, literally if I went back now.

Only move you have is to find out exactly why they have disabled your account. Read over all mail you sent to them and they sent to you to rule out a misunderstanding. I closed an account on Paddy Power 7 yrs ago and then when 2 years later I went to open another they refused saying I closed it on responsible gaming grounds and that I could never open another. I knew I didn't mention that but I reviewed all correspondence and seen that they asked did I want to close it on responsible gaming grounds and I was frustrated at the time and didn't pay attention and just typed yes so it was my fault.

I am not saying this is same in your case but you can rule it out if there is no misunderstanding.

Only other possibilities are you have knowingly or unknowingly breached some rule or they have misunderstood something and disabled your account wrongly. You say you have made two previous cashouts so its unlikely but not impossible they are looking for ID confirmation again.

If they have made an error they will be quick to solve it if you chase it up. Hope they sort it for you.

I hope you make a quick recovery. e-mail support at both support@888poker.com and operations@cassava.net asking for a full explanation as to why its disabled.

This 7 videos i made in 15 minutes. Same pattern, his software reserve on table reserve and then sit him in few seconds. Then he leaves the table. I can make hundreds (not joking) of such videos.

I decided to make 4 videos more to make it clear. The last video is 9max. I think his software sit him on the table, check for recreational players and then leave when it doesn't find them.

Hello. I am Rado. I play poker for 2-3 years now nad I live from it for about one year now. I play nl 20 and 30 (in my country are low standards) Before 15 days i recieved a message my account is blocked and that i have to send some informations that i have sent. After that, they said that i have to notarize documents and i also did that. Then i filed a complained here that no one is answering on my email. After my post they answered today that they decision is final and that they decided that i am a bot. I really have nothing to do with that. This is really rediculous. I cannot believe what is happening. My money is locked. I cannot play for more than 15days. They told me not to contact them anymore. I dont know why they decided that. This doesnt happen on other sites. They accused me and i am innocent. They told that i have something to do with AI, or something like that, which i dont. I dont know what to do, this is insane.

Do you use any sort of HUD on another site that may be illegal on 888? This has been an issue recently.

The webcams are not working yet again. Usually takes a week to fix. Why is 888 so useless?

why are all levels capped when you play poker.
if you read terms en conditions it says that some levels are capped
is not right because every level is capped so far whith me
if you play casino then it is not capped.

I suspect EndBoss123 is seat scripting. It cant be coincidence that everytime I click on open seat he insta reserves the seat to my left. Did this a few times to avoid just luck and everytime he reserved seat. Stupid clown was silly enough to actually sit.

They obviously don't fear punishment because its not even hard to spot and they do it all the time.

My advice to any player joining 888 and wishing to play $1/$2 cash or higher is to just click the seat see if someone insta seats beside you. If they do sit but sitout and see who it is and report the knob. They are ruining the game.

This does not have to be instant either as some others have it programmed to sit after so many seconds. Easy to spot because if the interval is same everytime you can be sure its not a human doing the clicking.

Clean the trash from your site 888 or you wont have any legit players left. You have enough problems withtraffic dropping because of your own recent failings and it would be a shame to see this once great site fail due to mismanagement.
