Hi Today I just satelited into the 12$ WPT subqualifier for WPT Berlin 20:35(CET) on this monday (20 november)
I wanted to unregister and use the 'ticket' this tuesday (21 november), but I can't unregister because the software won't let me do that, and I have other plans monday. Can something be done about this, maybe through here?

I made a 500$ withdrawal for my neteller (which is in USD) and got charged conversion for BRL (brazilian currency). I received 466,21 USD. This is the first time it happened for me. Can you please confirm if it's a mistake on your end?

“MsterN411” Wins Baby Whale for $21,500

The biggest buy-in of the week was the $320 Baby Whale, which attracted 213 players who rebought 105 times. That meant a $100,000 prize pool was on tap, and that was paid out among the top 27 players including “SHIPITBITCH” (15th for $1,500), “Madeon1994” (9th for $2,000), and Marton “WorldIsOurs” Czuczor (3rd for $11,750).

After 8 hours and 53 minutes, the Netherlands’ “MsterN411” defeated Germany’s “Imyurfriend” in heads-up play to win $21,500.
Good Year Continues for Argentina’s “germaxii”

The $109 buy-in Sunday Challenge saw387 players rebuy 152 times, which meant a $60,000 prize pool was paid out among the top 56 finishers. Among them were Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt (21st for $582), “Fukuruku” (15th for $774), “JohnFoot” (7th for $1,500), and “PETERNUCI” (4th for $4,500).

After just 8 hours, Argentina’s “germaxii” bested Brazil’s “sayocam” in heads-up play to win $11,400. Back in October, “germaxii” made a name for himself by cashing six times, including four final tables, in a single weekend. According to Pocket Fives, he had a 24% ITM rate and 135% ROI for the year. Back in May, he also won the XL Inferno Event #194: $50,000 Turbo Mega Deep for $10,225.
Steven “Kale333” Van Zadelhoff’s Hot Year Continues with Turbo Mega Deep Win

The $215 buy-in Turbo Mega Deep, which took just 4 hours and 10 minutes to play to a winner, attracted 97 players who rebought 33 times. That meant a $30,000 prize pool was up for grabs, and the final two tables earned a piece of it. Among them were “allesrigged” (13th for $600), 888poker Ambassador and World Series of Poker Europe One Drop High Roller champ Dominik “888Dominik” Nitsche (11th for $750), and “tredan7” (8th for $900).

In the end, Steven “Kale333” Van Zadelhoff came out on top to win a $7,350 first-place prize. Back in September, Van Zadelhoff won an online poker tournament for $1.6 million, though it wasn’t on 888poker. In regards to us, his last win on 888poker came back on September 20 when he won the $2,500 SHOT for $1,313.

Other recent scores include third in the XL Eclipse Event #160: $20,000 Crocodile for $2,837 and second in the October 20th $5,000 Hurricane 8-Max for $1,375.
“IceStream” Just Misses Out on Crocodile Title

The $160 buy-in Sunday Crocodile saw 119 players rebuy 59 times, which surpassed the $25K GTD by creating a $26,700 prize pool. Among the 15 players to get a piece of it were “repio_9” (12th for $640.80), “Groggggggggy” (9th for $734.25), and “MalakiasCF” (5th for $1,735.50), just to name a few.

After 8 hours and 50 minutes, Germany’s “YouCashMeOut” bested Stefan “IceStream” Ivanov in heads-up play to win $6,675.

Why was my 10 year old account disabled?

I play as 'pbrasil8' from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (regulation of poker here coming soon).

I have a ten-year-old account with pacific poker. I play using pokertracker 4 software ONLY.

SUDDENLY suspended and then banned!!! For 'suspicion of artificial intelligence' !!!

Never had any problems whatsoever playing on pokerstars as supernova and partypoker.

Why is the trimmed version of your client no longer working for which you did provide a link here several times?
Is there a new alternative trimmed client that works except the no download version?

...The official version of your site is buggy as hell and needs a lot of processing power and the design change to remove the chatbox was by far the worst you ever did.
Please don't help me to make the official client running I just want the trimmed version.
Do you still offer a trimmed client like you always did?

I see a lot of players here and other forums talking about 888 banning people for use of AI or HUDs. I have 2 things to say on this. Firstly I have never and will never use any form of HUD because I rely on pure brainpower to make my decisions. That's the challenge. However I understand why players who multi-table use them so I don't mind players using them as long as the info they provide is limited.

Secondly 888 is wrong to outright ban a player without a warning beforehand. Surely a 2 strikes and you are out policy is better for both player and 888 in long run. Think about it Rep if you warn a player about the fact they are using AI and point out exactly what prohibited software they are using and give them the opportunity to remove it and point out which software is legal and which isn't. Then if they breach the rule second time round throw them out and they cant whinge. So many of these players are unaware the software they are using is actually illegal because the goalposts keep changing(software which was previously legal is now illegal). The advantage of a warning is it gives a player an opportunity to realise a mistake and rectify it and that means a player still gets to play on 888 and 888 retains a customer and everyone is happy.

On the other hand you can progress with this policy and you will end up losing loads of players due to banning them and many more because they at friends of these players and others may not want to play on a site that just kicks out players without giving them a chance to explain themselves. The choice is yours 888 and your future depends on it. Make the right call for pokers sake if nothing else.

We do give warnings first for the “lighter” violations. Using AI to play instead of you is pure cheating and very harmful to other players, which is why we have a zero tolerance policy in this regard.
