PartyPoker has announced it will no longer charge inactivity fees, owing to feedback from their customers.

Please let us know your current stance on whether or not you intend to continue to charge such fees, against the industry norm, and when it is blatantly obvious that none of your customers could possibly agree with your charging them and that they come as an unpleasant surprise when charged?

could you please give me a link to a different version of the 888poker client that actually works on my machine without display bugs/bad resolution of textures and giving me eye cancer on my 4k resolution monitor like the official one from your site?

The last one you gave me about 12 months ago does no longer work on any of my machines since 10 days because it seems you changed something on your backend making it unable to connect on every setting. (i tried it on 3 different computers with Windows 10 and 7)

Please DONT ask me for my username, I don't want to discuss this issue with your technical support.
I did it several times in the last 2 years and I am seriously done with that.

So could you please just give me a link to an alternative trimmed client that works like the one you usually offer here from time to time which does not have this new chatbox/casino box crap and one that works properly on 4k monitors?

Thinking of joining 888 again after couple of years off. Do they still charge a huge currency exchange fee? Looking to deposit/ withdraw in GBP £. Can I change my accouny currency from $ to £ like on partypoker to avoid currency fees? Or exchange currencies within software like on Stars?

Or is 888 still doing its best to make currency exchange a very expensive process?

So if I understand correctly, 888 still trying their best to screw deposits/ withdrawals. But best bet is to have currency set to usd and let your bank do the exchange? However, their is no way to avoid currency exchange fees altogether? Unless you have a usd bank account right?

Ok thanks. Cashier looks somewhat different now but I get the gist. You guys should really find a way to let people deposit/ withdraw from other currencies without incurring loss - at XE rates. (At least with major currencies such as euro / GBP). I mean take a look at how Party and Stars do it!! Its hard enough making money playing online poker nowadays without everyone who doesnt have a usd bank account getting shafted.

Surely loads of potential players dont join/ play alot on 888 for this reason alone - myself included.

I really want that trimmed version of the client because I really hate the new client not only because of the bugs which I have when I run it under win7 on a 4k display. I am sorry to say, but that's just my authentic opinion.

can we remove the press 'ok' button when we change tables in mtt? it is realy bothering me as goes behind my games,browser...need to switch monitor ect to find it !

You cant do this in client. Instead you can use 888 Caption. Its officialy allowed.
