on level 199 with the new structure, gotta play 10 days to get 4000 points and already met my 4000/8000 points requirement playing poker, still have 5 days left , so no rakeback for me? and mvp double rakeback too, so as players we lose out?

Not paying players who legitimately won, reduced rewards and another investigation hanging over them for associating with hackers to get them players. oh and a major shareholder just cut and run. Not looking good for 888s future prospects. Cheerio its been fun 888.

Is it possible to remove the pop up that comes up when moved to a new table in tournaments?Courses issues when multitabling, end up sitting out sometimes. If not can you at least make the notification come up but not make players have to click before they can make their action at the table.

No that's not currently possible but I have sent your feedback over to the team for you.
Thanks

Could you please address the slow pay issue?

That's the most important question in this thread. If there's a problem paying players, nothing else really masters.

I just started playing on 888, and a couple of things in the software are forcing me to stop again - simply because it stresses/tilts me more than losing to a 1-outer deep in a tournament. Hopefully it will be fixed, so the experience can be enjoyable.

1: The lack of emphasis on the fact that it's my turn. I can play 16 tables on Stars, but give me 4 tables on 888 and I guarentee that I will keep my opponents waiting because I have no idea it's my turn.
The indicator of whose turn it is (the yellow light in the box) is always on when I have cards. Needs more light or flashing.

2: Remove the pop up after moving tables. Too many buttons to push is only good if your occupation is to treat carpal tunnel syndrome.
Also just got 2(!) pop ups for finishing a tournament in the money. Really not needed, and frankly annoying.

3: Rework the betslider.
-Custom bet sizes on the buttons.
-Scroll on sliderarea should increase 1 sb or 1 bb by option, and area of effect should increase to the predefined buttons and numberbox.
-Let me type in the number/bet box when I'm at the table. Right now, it's not even enough to click in the box. When I do, I can't type or erase. Have to mark a portion of the number to be able to type. Sometimes thats not even enough - seems to not work if you only mark 1 side of the comma.

4: Custom hotkeys. These are very important to avoid wrist-pain to some people when playing several hours a day. (Which is the reason behind several of my suggestion, incl. the betslider)

5: Simple tournament info should be visable on the table (without the need for the massive box you can open). "Your position: x/xx. Places paid: x" is enough. There is plenty of room for it.

6: Ability to auto-close table (and lobby) after busting a tournament. At least then a pop-up would sort of make sense.

Tl;Dr: More options and custom buttons are badly needed.

Please excuse my tone, but I still have tournaments running in the background and the software tilt is getting heavy. The post probably looks like vile on a screen, but I took the time to do it because I want to play on your site. Please allow me to.

With regard to all your winnings in relation to roulette, blackjack, video slots, poker or any other casino game greater than £/€/$/30,000, we reserve the right to elect that such amount may be withdrawn in limited installments of up to £/€/$/30,000 (as applicable to your bankroll) or the USD equivalent if your bankroll is in a different currency, per calendar month.

There will be exceptions where we pay up to 50000, based on the account status(completely verified , etc) however, those are to be reviewed on the account and addressed personally to player.

So you advertise a tournament series with a $1,000 Main Event and 1st place coming in way over $250,000. Yet when a player wins this $250,000 they have wait over 5 months to get there money.

This is really unacceptable and a disgrace. This needs to be highlighted to everyone that enters any tournaments on 888 in the future. You can't withhold players money without any type of warnings! (your small print warnings do not count. when we reg the tournament and in the tournament lobby this should be highlighted)

If someone here or the players that have been effected by this, report this to the governing bodies above 888. 888 Poker will surely have to stop this type of practice right away!

Do you personally think this is ok?

Also you have $100 blast SNG with the jack pot coming in at 1 million, so the winner would have to wait over 2 years to get there money? This can't be serious, those games need to be taken down until this is changed.

Sctname keeps breaking rules by camping in the dirtiest way possible on 5-10$ cash games. He sits out same second when fish stops playing and then only sits back in when fish is back. He's done it 4 times today, thats such a disgrace for the game environment. Please, do something to punish such players:

Hello,
I received 5$ casino free play and I won an 5$ immediate bonus from it. I started to play with it and it seems from my progress bar under immediate bonuses that I need to wager around 500$ for this(there isn't an exact wagering requirement there, just a bar).
I played mostly on slots which should contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements according your terms and conditions. (Is it possible that not all slots contribute 100%? )
I'm not a native speaker so I might have missed something in your terms and conditions. But it says that:
"All immediate (non-pending) bonuses may be withdrawn only after a player has collected 2.5 Bonus Points per every $1 of the received bonus amount"=>so I need to collect 12.5 BP for 5$
"Playing casino games (from your poker account) -earn 1 BP (if applicable) for every $10 wagered in the casino" =>so I need to wager 12.5*10$=125$.
What have I missed? How much do I have to wager?
Thanks for your help

How can you explain that someone is playing on your 888 poker site, for over 47 hrs straight??????

If it's not a bot, how can you explain that ??

Are you making your own bots to play against us???
Like UB did years ago.
And take a look where are they now.

I already withdraw almost all my money from your site, and will not play cash games until you guys clean your mess.
Take a look at the screenshot, and everything is going to be clear.

I have many of those and you can see this every single day on your tables.
I am not alone who is mentioning this.

Do you need more screenshots???

This is truly shameful and disgraceful.

I understood earlier that 30k$ limit applied to casino games only where I could understand some instant 5M$+ winning might have some limits because those jackpots are usually handled / done in shared prize pool where other operators hold the money.

To include poker is simply stretching the rules and disgraceful. Even more so than keeping up with 3+ days of withdrawal times with Skrill etc. when you could handle them within 24 hours if you would just want to as transfers are instant.

And just don't tell me to contact your support, I already did on many occasion and you guys didn't do anything to solve this problem.
Which makes me believe that those bots are your own and you guys are running them, just to squeeze all the money you can from us before you will get belly up.
Just like UB did years ago.

I post this on few other forums to, just to make other players aware to withdraw their money and move it somewhere else where is better to play.

Thank you for your reply. Since I asked the question, I do owe a response.

To be honest, I'm shocked that this is the policy. To me, it's a big red flag - a warning sign that something isn't right. These are player funds, which should be available for cashout at any time.

FYI, I'm not an 888 player - but knowing this, I'd be very leery of depositing on your site.

If things are actually ok at 888, the management really should rethink this policy. It looks kind of shady from the outside looking in.

It's an extension of their policy of making cashouts reversible for 3 days before processing them. Unfortunately a lot of people can't have a balance in a gambling site without degening it away - psychologically it's not real money yet, playing with the houses money etc.

For most regs it's just an annoying delay but plenty of fish will bink a jackpot/win a tournament then lose it back. The delay in paying provides the maximum opportunity for that to happen.

Most sites that use a cashout delay have the opportunity to opt-out from it (or you can contact customer services to have them manually push the withdrawal through) - 888 are really shady in this department.

Hello everyone,

888Live London Festival headed back to Aspers Casino in Stratford City, London for the second festival to be held at this location.
The series kicked off with an Opening Event boasting a guarantee of £120,000.

With so much up for grabs along with an affordable £220, the locals were out in force.
By the start of play on Day 2, 771 entries had contributed to a massive prize pool of £152,658 – crushing the guarantee by almost £33,000!
The top spot boasted £26,000 along with 81 places paid and a min-cash of £400.
