It did not recognise me as a user and the registration form popped up. Normally my user is filled in when i start up and only have to put password. This has never happened before.

I've been having some issues with my internet connection causing brief disconnects while playing. It seems like this interferes with hand histories being saved. They don't appear in HM2 and they don't appear in the 888 hand history folder. Makes it problematic tracking my sessions.

The Game History window in the 888 client doesn't offer to download hand histories anywhere. I can see hands in here that aren't saved in my HM2 or anywhere on my computer.

I emailed support asking for them to email me my hand histories the first time this happened. They responded with an email that just lists my game history, essentially a record of all the bankroll withdrawals to tables during the session. Not exactly what I wanted.

Anyone know of a good way to download hand histories after the fact from the 888 client? Or can I get them somehow from support.

Hi, recently i started playing 888 poker and after like week they blocked my account and can't log in. They send me email and asked to send some documents:
A copy of any credit card(s) used to deposit (front & back).
A copy of your ID, Passport or Driver's License.
A copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address.
And in mail there is link which says "verify now" but then i click it send me no where.
So where should i send my documents, do i have send all 3 of them? I have no problem with sending a copy of my Passport, i have problem with getting recent utility bill or statement and there is no way sending my credit card scans since it would let anyone use my money (unless they don't mind if i block card verification number).

I went there, it doesn't say why wire transfer is now the only withdrawal option.

It also doesn't explain why I can deposit money with InstaDebit but I can't withdraw to InstaDebit. Can you please explain that logic?

It's my first time logging on to play at 888. The client is freezing a lot. If I try to play a game or if I play around in settings menus. It freezes up within the first 1-3 minutes then I have to ctrl-alt-del and close it down and log back in to resume my game.

Anyone had this issue before? I thought maybe 3rd party software is conflicting with it? I just have standard software PT4, table ninja etc.

My computer is high spec and I play on Pokerstars with no problem.

I have a high end gaming machine and 888 is the only software I have trouble with. Sometimes my machine slows to a crawl and closing 888 fixes it immediately. I suspect it is poorly coded and resource heavy. They should have thrown the whole thing out years ago and started new. It looks like it was designed by a 2 year-old with crayons and there are annoying bugs that have been complained about for years that have yet to be addressed.

Yes i have a high end gaming machine also. I have an MSI laptop. Maybe there is something in there software that is not very compatible with these sorts of machines...

Maybe support can elaborate on this?

Pretty usual to have software problems with 888. Every day I need to ctrl alt del to remove a 888.exe because it freezes the room. It doesn't close the software but still very annoying. When I have too many tables open and for some reason the client crashes I have a hard time to open it again because it instantaneously closes it when all mtt windows pop up.

Am getting sick of seeing the same email in my inbox day after day, sometimes twice a day...
