Is there a way to get full hands history in a format which can be imported into a HEM2 ? I asked for my hand history, but I got it from you only in some excel file and importing is not possible

No, there is not.

Not true. We honoured all members who were on annual statuses –including VIP Diamond- until each person’s respective expiry month.

If you want to know more, you can email VIP Team at 888poker.

The compensation is only for players who were VIP or VIP diamond at the time of the Rewards changeover.
If you were one of these statuses and have not heard anything then it would be best to give support a quick call so they can advise you further.

Then I decided to format my hard drive, reinstall Windows and the problem still occurs. There must a thing with which you can help me!

lots of people like to listen to music and play poker
lots of people do not like perpetual 90 decibel beeps
lots of people will get rid of the source of the latter rather than give up the former

do you want people timing out pissing off others at the table because they have to completely mute your software in order to have it not be maxvolume?
do you want people quitting your site because only having options of max volume or no volume in 2016 is really annoying?

also friend was playing a poker cam game and asked me why he couldnt see any stack sizes, only fold call raise over player names, i couldnt figure out how to change that to show stacks instead

On your computer you go to the C:\Users\{your username}\AppData\Roaming\PacificPoker\Poker\media \Sounds folder.

That's where all the wav files are located.

You then download a program called audacity. You open the files you want with it and you lower the sound levels by using the amplify command.

When you re done, you export the modified file and you use that instead.

I have another issue I would like to see addressed. I ve recently upgraded to a higher resolution monitor and that means that your 40x40px avatars just looked bad. Basically, the images look blown up and distorted. Their resolution is too low.

In previous versions, you used bmp files for most images and the software just blew up whatever the default size. That's no longer the case and you can use high resolution images with no problem.

This means, that if the guy who designed the avatars has high-res alpha files in his/her hard drive, it would be easy to upgrade the software with at least 100x100px.

You should really do it.

PS. FWIW, I ve tried updating a ton of the avatars myself by redoing the easy ones to do like flags myself and/or using other sites avatars/images but it's a pain and I can't really do every do everyone. If anyone's interested, I might upload it so that they can get it.

Also, do you have a changelog for software upgrades?

I am using version p-1-en-4.6.17-522-2 and I would like to know what's changed in later versions.

Also, how does one upgrade voluntarily? Usually the software just forces an update on you.
