Is the 8 table maximium set in stone or can you have it increased on request/after review?

I can understand why sites might not be keen on masstabling, but 8-tabling FR is pretty dull when you're in the mood to grind. 12 tables would be a bit more bearable...

Well I lost over $100 on my first deposit to 888.com thanks to their currency conversion. Awesome.

Why when I deposit to stars do they not rob me blind yet 888 seem to think this is okay?

When my first deposit from MBookers cost me around 8% and I complained they switched my account to USD which I wanted in the first place.

Then my bonus had to clear "by Feb 20th" and they won't let me count the points earned Feb 20th ... 2 points short.
Might be the euro-cdn time difference.
They're still looking into it.

I just realized there are only 2 withdrawal options available even after verifying your account? I want to withdraw via moneybookers but there's only wire and bank draft as available methods. How can you not have mb as a withdraw option (or as I was told only for the amt u originally deposited and up to 6 months)? This is a bit ridic imo.

The sound on the client for no reason whatsoever goes away and won't come back unless I uninstall reinstall the client.

Can I withdraw with moneybookers even if it's been longer than 6 months since my deposit and I want to withdraw more than I deposited? I was told I can't in chat, and the option doesn't come up (I only have draft and wire).

You can use the same methods to cash out as you used to deposit. So if you haven't made a deposit with MB but want to use MB to cash out, you will need to make a small deposit with MB to open up that option.

Please make sure you read the withdrawal T and C's. As cash outs are initially paid via the same way the money was deposited.

So I have been trying out 888 poker ,the support is really bad.....but the stunt 888 poker are pulling now is unreal.......

I think this needs to be reported to the gaming commission and all the senior mangers at 888 poker

I have been with 888 poker now for a few weeks,not once have they asked me to send documents in,MOST poker sites ask you to send before you can play real money games.


So I get a email saying i am close to the next VIP level,"make sure you keep playing more"..great..........that means higher rake back ,more money for me ,but less for 888 ............then straight after that email my account gets blocked...just before the weekend when I can put in loads of volume in!!!.........I sent the documents in straight away,a decent site like pokerstars will do this process within minutes.........888 poker says it could take up to 5 days..........which means I now can't play this weekend,which means i don't get higher VIP level next month which in turn means lower rake back next month...........i class this as a scam!!!!!!

You had all month to get my info ......you could of asked for the documents when i signed up.....i have not tried to with draw money either!!!!!!!!

I was told that I'd only be able to withdraw the amount I deposited though. So if I deposit $100 I'd only be able to cash out $100. Is that right? Cause I want to take out more thru mb.

This is not even close to accurate. Please name a site that won't let you play until you send them documentation 1st. Standard policy on any site is to ask for documents when you withdraw, if they ask at all. 888 never asked me to verify any documents and I've withdrawn 3 times

You can only use MB for withdrawals if you made a deposit with MB too...just wanna make sure you know that cause thats standard policy on every site as far as I know.

I made one deposit thru mb and it was more than 6 months ago. I can't withdraw via mb now, and need to redeposit again with it to reactive the option, like Aaron said. However, what I want to know is if I will be able to withdraw more than I deposited if I make a mb deposit now, since I'd rather not go through hoops and wire the $ to my bank then mb again and lose like 20% on conversion fees, and whatever additional fees there will be.

It still should be there as an option I think, you have to make sure your 888 and Skrill email is the same.

You should be able to withdraw as much as you want to Skrill as long as you didn't deposit vs other methods lately. For example if you deposited $1k via your bank account and try to withdraw $2k to Skrill, $1k will go to your bank and the remaining $1k to Skrill.

there customer support is brutal dude. I quit. This is standard. It was more than frustrating. All the money is obviously spent on advertising and commercials while support gives the impression it's run out of a two room hotel in the middle of a desert

Dude...I was simply saying that your QUOTED statement is not true at all...at least it is not standard procedure...I played on party, bodog, 888, FTP, stars and microgaming and not once do I had to verify anything before my first deposit...in fact I was not asked to verify anything on at least half of the sites even after I made several withdrawals.

FWIW I play on 888 for about 4 month and made several withdrawals that were bigger than my first deposit and I had not problem at all....but I also play on Luckyace and use Neteller...it shouldnt make a difference but at least wanted to let you know.

I have also withdrawn much more than I've deposited through MB over the last 6 months with no problems at all.

You can't play on Pokerstars France until you confirm your documents

There is nothing wrong with doing this ,but to do it just before you reach the next VIP level is so wrong

It blocks you from going to the next level,then your reward points get reset in the new month and you miss out on tons of extra money

They'll let you play... but only $20/day prior to verification (which is basically like not playing).
