and sometimes also add-ons. Also more than 10% rake on MTTs like the 12.60+1.40$ or something like that. Make it 12.80+1.20$. Your rake (especially looking at VIP/RB level , for example silver; 4% rb for paying 250$ a month) is pathetic.

I have and the issue has been escalated; please expect a response from the relevant department today.

In the interest of fairness, I should clarify that 888 were not responsible for the disappearance of my $1000. The money never reached them. The transfer was being held up by my bank.

I would still advise people to be very cautious about using Citadel Instant Banking though, whether it's to deposit on 888 or for anything else. My internet banking is now FUBAR, and I'm reduced to going to my local branch tomorrow to try and get some answers from a Real Person

888 software would prolly just get confused and you won't be able to open cashier at all anymore.

U can open the playertag-image files in MS Paint or something and make them look like whatever u like.

Huh? You've got several symbols and right below you have some colors with pre-noted Symbols like Rock, Tight-Good, Tight-Bad, Steamer, Calling Station etc.

I changed Rock to Pro for some Table Selection but you have to do it every single time.

I think about to play on 888poker as 2nd side too. But the vip-programm dont look very attractive (I play mutch and produce mutch rake...). They send me a email to say I am close to the next VIP level,but I only have few days to make xxx amount of points to get there (GREAT)

Later that day they block my account and say you need to upload some documents for the account to be reopened (6 week old account)

The way to upload the documents is to log in and then upload them ,LOL.........I CAN'T LOG IN ,they blocked it ..............

So the next step is to send by email ,but that can take up to 5 days or more.............

Which means when I do get my account back my points would have been reset (start of the month)and I won't go to the next VIP level.....which means I get close to 10% less rake back for the WHOLE of the next month....

This can't be right and can't be fair can it?

Is this all to stop me making the next VIP level by the end of the month,which would = a scam

Or is this just a super terrible service?

Have you searched for other 888 threads? I've heard some BS things they've done but I can't confirm so I would search around if I was you.

Scam site for sure. Just stay away. They are locking accounts and stealing money from players.

I think it's a coincidence that your account got locked at the same time as you received the email. Lots of 888 players get sent emails containing reminders about the points they need to accrue.
Did you not get asked to prove your identity when you first joined the site? (Sites ask for this proof to prevent scams. It's for your benefit.)

VIP Diamond is equivalent to 36% and is the highest level offered.

I was looking for a 2nd site as well but high rake, poor reward system and no plo hu will not do it.
