There are people constantly monitoring the SNG's to try and capitalize on games that play well and minimize those that don't. I'm not privileged to those discussions, but if they dropped a structure, it probably wasn't hitting the numbers it needed to justify offering it.

1) Nobody here can comment on, or assist with any discussions you have with your VIP manager. If he offered you $200 for something, you would be best to follow up with him if you haven't received it.

3) Please provide some evidence of a hand where you posted the jackpot ante, the hand didn't go to showdown, and it wasn't returned. As far as I'm aware, this has always functioned properly.

Search for any other nickname with coresponding chip count to yours - I wrote here couple words about a guy that had similar situation. Other nickname had the same chip count as he had, but I have no idea whether he cashed in that tournament and what was going on later...
I reported it months back when I first saw it. I haven't seen it happen since then, so assumed it was fixed. It Can be annoying, I'm not sure the cause, but it won't affect your winnings etc. It's purely cosmetic.
I'll let them know it's still happening.

I'm not an employee of 888, and I do have a full time job (where I can't access 2+2 from work). So if there are "urgent" issues, as always, PM's are the best method.
With respect too: Exchange Rate and Jackpot Antes.
These are two issues that have been discussed for dozens of pages.
Exchange Rate: If you contact support and convert your account to USD, they will do this for you, and you won't suffer any exchange rate. Don't assume that because you're playing with USD on 888 that your account is in USD.
Is this perfect? By no means no. I've brought this to the attention of my people at 888, and what they do with that is beyond me. All I can do, is do what I can to look out for you guys, and following the above steps should solve your problems for now.
Jackpot Ante: If you have checked "auto-post" ante, and sit out, you will still post your jackpot ante. This is not how the system is intended to work, and is a problem.
1) 888 knows about it, and has plans to fix it.
2) If you e-mail support, I've been told that you will be reimbursed (may be required to provide Table Name/Hand #'s).
Again, not perfect. However everyone here should know of this issue by now, and it IS easily avoidable. I'm by no means saying that because it's avoidable it is any less of a priority, but willingly exposing yourself to it, then complaining, is not going to help resolve anything faster.
I've given a number of long-term and short-term suggestions to the guys (provided by you) to fix the problem.
