buddy i understand your concerns and i agree that 888 has various issues but would you please sum up all your concerns in one post and stop flooding the whole thread? i seriously believe you have too much free time. and if you ask me, i think you are a breakeven player(if so..) that does not channel his frustrations properly. nobody here is impressed nor with your bankroll(which is tiny if you ask me) or with the fact that you leave the site...

and just for the record, the chat support might not be the most efficient way to solving problems but 888rep has been a good listener to player requests and major changes have been made to both game structure and software.

Problem is that there is almost no support on 888. Are you 888 crew member? Really changes have been made? LMAO - thats what I can say about the site, support and their changes.

By the way - what is the difference in posting all those stuff in one post or in 5 posts? There is no answer for any of those post from anyone connected in any way with 888 unless you are the crew.

This is really bizarre... I registered for the Chrome freeroll that's on at the moment to donk around a bit in a tourney. At the start time, I got a message that popped up saying "Table not available"; I wasn't seated at a table. Then a few minutes later I realised what had happened and sat down. Managed a few double ups, and am now on 18.1k chips. Only problem- the tournament leaderboard has me as having been eliminated in 1320th place. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Seems like a very obvious bug to me- not sure what happens if I cash.... Will keep everyone updated if I double up once more and do so. Doesn't really matter greatly (unless I spike a final table appearance), as it's only a freeroll, but it looks like a serious software problem if this ever happens to people in actual proper tournaments.

If for any reason you were reseated while youre table was to pop up you may get this window with 'table not available' - sometimes it happen at the beginning of a tournament with late reg available. Not sure if this is the case but I saw this couple times.

Search for any other nickname with coresponding chip count to yours - I wrote here couple words about a guy that had similar situation. Other nickname had the same chip count as he had, but I have no idea whether he cashed in that tournament and what was going on later...

Haven't heard of this happening before. Would have to assume it was a 1-off fluke. If it happens again, a screenshot would go a long way to helping analyze the problem.

There are people constantly monitoring the SNG's to try and capitalize on games that play well and minimize those that don't. I'm not privileged to those discussions, but if they dropped a structure, it probably wasn't hitting the numbers it needed to justify offering it.

1) Nobody here can comment on, or assist with any discussions you have with your VIP manager. If he offered you $200 for something, you would be best to follow up with him if you haven't received it.

2) 888 Doesn't keep any of the jackpot money.

3) Please provide some evidence of a hand where you posted the jackpot ante, the hand didn't go to showdown, and it wasn't returned. As far as I'm aware, this has always functioned properly.

Without HH's or Screenshots etc. I can't really begin to guess what the reason would be. Except for what others have suggested, that something with the characters in his user name were different.

I reported it months back when I first saw it. I haven't seen it happen since then, so assumed it was fixed. It Can be annoying, I'm not sure the cause, but it won't affect your winnings etc. It's purely cosmetic.

I'm not an employee of 888, and I do have a full time job (where I can't access 2+2 from work). So if there are "urgent" issues, as always, PM's are the best method.

With respect too: Exchange Rate and Jackpot Antes.

These are two issues that have been discussed for dozens of pages.

Exchange Rate: If you contact support and convert your account to USD, they will do this for you, and you won't suffer any exchange rate. Don't assume that because you're playing with USD on 888 that your account is in USD.

Is this perfect? By no means no. I've brought this to the attention of my people at 888, and what they do with that is beyond me. All I can do, is do what I can to look out for you guys, and following the above steps should solve your problems for now.

Jackpot Ante: If you have checked "auto-post" ante, and sit out, you will still post your jackpot ante. This is not how the system is intended to work, and is a problem.

1) 888 knows about it, and has plans to fix it.
2) If you e-mail support, I've been told that you will be reimbursed (may be required to provide Table Name/Hand #'s).

Again, not perfect. However everyone here should know of this issue by now, and it IS easily avoidable. I'm by no means saying that because it's avoidable it is any less of a priority, but willingly exposing yourself to it, then complaining, is not going to help resolve anything faster.

I've given a number of long-term and short-term suggestions to the guys (provided by you) to fix the problem.

i might be wrong about the 888 not refunding the money when hand not going to showdown, check hh are good, expect that they only show the message mOney is refunding to your account because of no showdown on some hands and not the others which is very confusing.

You are not employee of 888, but you claimed you are the official rep of 888.

You seem like a nice guy, but if you are NOT employed by 888, YET you are representing them on 2p2 then how can you possibly help us with our problems and why are you here? What is your connection with 888 staff?

Check PokerStars thread for reference, it should serve as a wiki for your website. They have a 'Software Improvement Thread', a VIP club-based thread, a Rake considerations thread, a REP for VIP, another REP for SNGs, another for CGs etc etc you get the point.

Don't get me wrong, I'm here only because I believe 888 CAN improve its software, its customer support, its VIP system, and who knows maybe take the pokerroom to a new level!

been on live chat for like 35mins waiting to get to talk to "a representative" only to continue waiting some more after they try and locate my poker account via my email adress...like wtf?

Anyway, i called them because i had requested to cash out $1220, this was about a week ago, and i got some money in my moneybookers account (even though i think i asked for a check) but w.e, i dont really care. Waiting for what? Disconnection is a standard on 888 with working internet and backup internet. Support always replies that they did look through HH and didnt notice anything unusual, their servers were ok, so it had to be some server between your server and their servers - you internet was working but wasnt able to connect to 888 - easy as hell Had like 10 such situations on turbo heads up - tournament lost, no help form support.

888 is more stable for me than stars in terms of disconnects

huh..? Mass tabling ? Thought the cap was 8 tables. If you consider 8 tables mass tabling you're in denial. You've obv never played at stars or Ipoker.
