Update on the bot situation. After 36 hours the 888 rep has not contacted me via PM at all despite asking for my username. I received a lovely template email from one of the support staff and unsurprisingly the bots are still playing. It's like 888 feed off ****ty service, even when customers are doing security's job for them.

you have to understand what bot means more exactly , but what happened between them is more like collusion , but on dons collusion is inneficient becouse you need a large sample to find out this problem. and what i did searched them and see , is no pattern between them .sorry but your acusation is not solid at all and they are not bots

When I ask for a players user name it means I am sending it over to be looked into and the team usually contact you directly rather than go through me so there was no need for me to send you a pm.

Both players joined games at exactly the same time, both were disconnecting repeatedly throughout the game and both had identical betting patterns. Incidentally both players did not play yesterday at all meaning they have either been banned or were both coincidentally unable to play. But yeh, we definitely need to let them keep botting to get a bigger sample size because it's clearly an unsubstantiated accusation.

just woke up , is irrelevant what are you saying. you have to show more reasons to believe they collude , but as i told you , on don s you cant say that someone is colludiing till you have 1k resoans to say that.

Ghost table bug again.

Table get full but not open, manage to opened on my tourneys, everyone else sitting out as table not open for they too, couple sec later 2 more players manage to open, other 3 players show until last minute of game. other games were running fine.

does the sitout next bb checkbox have any kind of effect? i mean it deffinately does not have the one when it does not post your big blind next time; for me it takes a few rounds i think untill it decides it should work.
I also have to close the software about 2 times per session because of lagging, maybe even more, and not to even mention what i go through if i get to sitout one hand or timeout, wich does happen alot.

In other words, my 90yo grandfather is unemployed, so could you let me know when is the next interview for software developer at 888, he might be interested (solid solitaire skills, he should crush the competition)

A lot of friends play together every day especially on Cam tables for one so just because these two guys play v each other is no proof in itself as long as they are not colluding of course then we will have them checked out but there's not really enough game samples to warrant that at the moment.

I'm afraid they won't hire your grandfather for software development unless he is also mentally handicapped.

I installed the 888 update today and the software is completely broken. It is displaying some very odd issues. I will do my best to explain

First off... my PC operating system is Windows 10. I had 888 installed on here with no issues until the update today.
After the update I have noticed the following:

1) The news-welcome pop-up window that appears upon logging into 888 is cut off, and I have no way to click the X that use to be in the top right hand of the screen to close it.


2) Tournament Ticket Window, which is also cut off and I can't see the full screen. I also can't resize this window.

3) The main lobby is half the size that it was before the update and I cannot get it to appear larger

4) My cashier window is cut off, and I can't see all the information under any of the tabs


5) The game tables won't resize properly. When I drag my cursor to make them bigger, they go oblong. They won't expand or shink preserving aspect ratio.




I also have extremely sluggish and laggy animations from cards being run out or trophy throws etc.

I also can't click on the bet slider to make the bets go up in incriments of 1BB. I have to click the + button (bet slider no longer works at all)

Anyone else having these problems??
