As far as I currently know there was a short disconnection followed by players returning to the tournaments quickly which is why the suspend was not implemented. Please let support know if your experience was otherwise and if you were unable to reconnect and materially affected.
This issue was followed by players who were not connected to the client being unable to connect which I am now informed has now been resolved.

Can someone please tell me why NL50 SNAP is actually dead while NL100 and NL200 SNAP is running? What's wrong with NL50 SNAP? Is the rake impact to much there?

i know that when you buy a license to a specifc market as for example : romania , you are ***** forced to answer in maximum 24 hours when someone send a message . This is a simple rule when you buy a license . i am tired to receive answers in weecks .

What is this joke that I have to pay bb+sb from UTG when I start playing snap poker ? This is ridiculous.

So I joined Snap poker and without any notice I got dealt to UTG and I was charged SB+BB.

This happened me few times today.

+ I've seen many players suffering this same ridiculousness today. Before this day I've always start from BB.

I keep asking myself why I'm still giving 888 a chance instead of playing at Pokerstars.

Responses can take 72 hours or longer. This is because they have one person who rotates their position. Monday is security day, Tuesday is support, Wednesday is working to fix the servers etc.

I also got disconnected while playing lots of mttts so I sent an email to support with all the details and they gave U$ 370,00 as a way to compensate which I found to be fair enough given the amount I was playing.

Where is the "challanges" tab on 888 client? There's suppose to be some kind of first depositors 100k$ challenge on fridays, but I can't find the damn thing.

Reporting two bots who were playing $3 DoN tournament, both United Kingdom players and both had disconnect issues at the same time all through the tournament.

mpatikk is brand new and has has played 6 games so far, all of them against mistis
mistis has run like a god since turning on the bot and has played six games recently, all of them against mpatikk.

888 rep I'm sick of your lousy template emails and 72 hour turnaround reponses, are you able to pass these details on for me to ensure these bots get removed asap?

I haven't had a disconnect is some time, but that streak may be ending as I note from my email that 888 is giving away free tickets to some kind of freeroll. If history is any guide, all these new players piling into free rolls usually precedes a new bunch of disconnects.

If the server upgrades can handle it, please do not add another fruit to throw as that may be the straw that breaks the camel's back ... again.

Few days ago I was in public administration place but I was told that according to czech legislation it is forbidden to notarize copy of your ID card or any other document with photo on it.
