not only are your presumptions baseless but also i've played 1k+ hours of 5knl+ both online/live and as a result i know, unlike most of you obv, guys who are capable of being a fish in a 5knl+ game are fully aware of who they are and what they're getting themselves into

this old misconception has turned from cute myth into kool aid drinkers clinic

Then human garbage like you come along and park on every single tables and think you deserve those seats more than everybody else. Then when people also sit to not let you have an unfair advantage the tables get full and the lobby gets clogged you think you get teamed on. Sigh, you dont get it do you? Or just playing dumb so you dont get banned on your cheating and slimeballing.

Its very simple Sevens will play the vast majority of regs hu so he can rightfully get the first seats when hes there. If one day a good reg wants to play him heads up and he doesnt feel like it, guess what he does? HE LEAVES, *gasp*.

Keep thinking youre the victim while breaking heads up on every table when a fish specifically asks for it and make him leave and maybe not comeback to the site cause of people like you. Then cheat players off their big blinds ? lol

Glad 888 is doing the right thing and im actually really surprised by it. Now the lobby should stay good and everybody has a fair shot at sitting with a fish when you have the table open but NOT sitting out on it.
8 year old future fratboys like the author of the above quoted post are somehow responsible for 888 changing their ToS....so embarrassing

i know you think youre real smart with that, but the point isnt of not making them feel like a fish, its about not making them feel like theres a team of 5 guys just waiting for them and then cheating them out of their money as soon as they sit down. Also, there are even worst issues that have been happening because of the mass sitout tables, i.e. a few of the the biggest bumhunters (people like Orion with no conscience) are even getting their friends to block the other 5/6 tables when they know theres a fish around, so taht the fish can only choose the tables of the cheaters. With the new system on 888 this just cannot happen.

But I gotta admit you do look real tough and knowledgeable with your big game history talk under a gimmick account...

hate to break this to you but guys who are fish at 5knl are not clueless 25nl fish scared to lose a BI. they (obviously) have the $ to lose and they're there to gamble with it. on top of that, some part of the time they are willing seeking out the toughest-to-beat games to give themselves a chance to feel proud if/when they win so the idea they're somehow scared lost sheep being scared off by a table of regs is laughable nonsense based on tinfoil hat type speculation, definitely not by anyone who knows what actually happens at hsnl

while they are working on this can you please try and get them to give us more than 15 seconds to take our seat? and to have the seat open pop up actually pop up to the front of our screen not hide behind the other tables?

never had so much trouble getting seated on a site before

+1, and I have another revolutionary idea. They have this thing now called a wait for BB so you don't have to furiously try and click it on a table that you aren't paying attention to when you have action on other tables.

Hey 888rep, while you're at it....fish really don't like when they limp and regs iso raise them so could you guys modify your ToS to ban isolating fish limps? fish really don't like it so it'll clearly be better for the games

someone asked this but i never saw an answer

is there a way to permanently disable yourself from the jackpot? or at least change your default setting to not having "post JP" clicked?

no, there isn't. i asked support both via chat and email and they conveniently don't have an option for this.

which makes sense because the 5 second timedown EVERY hand hounding you to join the jackpot very clearly explains their position, which the fish hate btw

oh but of course, 888 does everything to appease the fish. definitely probably that.

The waiting list problem seems to be worse and worse everyday. I haven't been able to play in couple weeks because of it annoys the crap out of me. Not going to play until it's fixed, good for other regs.

Such a bad argument. A guy who realises games build around him and he is essentially donating to the game would obviously not be scared off by playing tough regs. Nobody said he would be.

The argument is he wouldn't like to feel preyed upon by people who are never going to play a hand without him at a table. If when he logs onto the site he sees 10 tables with 5/6 seats filed and no action seat and the game only starts if he sits in and then every time he sits out he comes back to everyone sitting out waiting for him he is going to think **** these guys and go donate somewhere else.

what are you basing this presumption on? your expectation of your own personal thoughts/action if you were in said fish's position? or is your presumption a function of your personal unwillingness to seek out the most profitable situation and therefor need to find excuses to justify your illogical position?

Some of us have chatted with fish, online or live, and heard how they feel. You know, it's not impossible that you're not the only one to have super insight from years of playing pokah.

And yes, it happened recently for me with recreational players throwing calling out bumhunters as teams or cheaters.

And ive heard live fish in highstakes private games saying the same.

Im looking to signup to 888poker. I read there is no more signup deals at all now since they completely stopped it? So basically the only thing i can sign up for is the 100 percent up to $400 bonus directly on 888poker?

I also see 2+2 has an offer for 888poker where they give you a few poker books.

So basically thats it? Get the 2 plus 2 offer with free books and the regular signup bonus or just sign up directly with 888poker and get that bonus?

Why do i see raketherake offer 100% up to $600 bonus but directly through 888 its only 100 percent up to $400? Also raketherake advertise 36% rakeback as well. Is that still in effect or no more?

http://ca.pokernews.com/888-poker/

Shows 100 percent bonus up to $888 and also $88 free real cash promotion. I assume you can only pick 1?

Pokerlistings also has the bonus up to $888. They also offer a monthly 1k monthly freeroll and 500 dollar weekly freeroll for pokerlistings players only. So wouldn't this be the best site then?

http://www.pokerlistings.com/pacific-poker

Whats the difference between this and the other sites that offer $600 vs $400 signup bonus. I assume the bonus clears much slower for the bigger bonus than lower? Wouldn't it make sense to get the bigger signup bonus of $888 vs $600 vs $400 vs $200 no matter what? How long do they give you to clear the signup bonus?

Max amount of tables for sng? What about cash and tournaments?
