1) you say "$20 increments and every 10 bonus points" (or do you mean status points? as the difference is significant for levels higher than bronze as 1 status point <= 1 bonus point)

2) If I deposit a amount not divisable by $20 I assume that I will be credited that last amount once I have met the required number of point. E.G. Deposit $30-, get first $20 after 200 points, get $10 after 100 more points. Is that correct?

Thanks for all the answers! Two more suggestions, I would be happy, if the client opened my default browser, and not always the Internet Explorer. And also would be great if the client could memorize my table positions. It's very annoying to multitable sng's, every time a new table pops up, I have to resize it, and move it to the empty space. I can't just use tile, because my screen is too small, and I have to overlap the tables.

AutoHotKey can do wonders if you spend some time writing a script first.

Two great tools for table placement are Placemint and StacknTile.
Placemint is free and StackNTile costs money. StacknTile works great, I've never used Placemint but many players do and seem to like it.

For hotkeys I use Key Poker. You might be able to find some free options, though, if you look in the software forum.

That is the one thing everybody wants changed, we can still accept the offers being shown to us if you change the behaviours. I also don't think I need to see the deal of the day more than once per day.

Can there be better rewards/promotions? I'm fed up of being told I've qualified for yet another cheezeburger freeroll. Maybe instead of having 2732782 meaningless freerolls a month, have one with a decent prizepool that people can take seriously (or some combination).

I completely understand where you're coming from. However you have to consider the general non-2+2 recreational user who needs these updates.

Perhaps we can look into some kind "opt-out," for the "cheeseburger freerolls."

don't play 888poker they blocked my account with money without a reason, and ignore me.

I have had a strange issue during the past few days, I use mostly the flash client of 888poker and yesterday when I tried to log in the flash client informed me I was already logged in. This was strange because it had been about 12 hours since the last time I had accessed my account.

I immediately contacted the live chat support in case my account had been compromised. The chat support operator said that seemingly my account was "just stuck on the game server" and there had been no games played on my account so the possibility of it been hacked seems low. His intervention apparently logged me out of the server as a moment after starting the conversation with him I was able to log in, I had been trying numerous times during the half an hour prior to this while waiting in the live chat queue.

I also asked could he see whether my account had been logged in from some other than my native country to which he replied that it was not (I'm impressed if the chat operators can actually see this, I hope he wasn't lying just to get rid of me. I also asked him to send the login information to me but he said he couldn't do it and I would need to contact the operations department for that).

Right now once again I'm trying to log in to my account and received the message that I'm already logged in, I tried both on the download client and flash client with the same result. It has been over 20 hours since I logged out from 888poker the last time.

Anyone else having similar issues?

I would like to be able to make the lobby bigger/smaller (read: smaller), by adjusting it's size like I would with any other window. It's annoying having it cover a quarter of my screen, as I like to have it open looking for new tables whilst I'm playing.

Tables being shut down at 3pm on a Sunday. I'm not even surprised anymore

What was the reason for it? Since they have gained a fair bit of traffic over the past months, it might be time to look at their servers and just what they can handle.

I've been playing there for over a month now. Two successful withdrawals, one pending, no problems so far.

I have been thinking about playing on 888 as well. I ve heard there are really slow with cash outs. How long did it take to receive the cash outs?

The first two took about 72 hours to Moneybookers. I requested the 3rd one on Thursday, still waiting for it to clear. I assume they don't process on the weekends, so hoping to see it tomorrow. I'll post back when I get it.

Also, perhaps if "freeroll" type tournament entries that you qualify for could be traded for something else (e.g. Cash, Tournament $, alternative tournaments, collected towards something, extra status points or bonus points etc. they would have more value.)
The option of being able to trade in the tournament entires I do not want would be a good option to have.

As a PLO player, getting entry into a Texas Hold'em freeroll that runs in the middle of the night, or has such a massive field and takes hours to play (while appealing to some players I am sure) has little to no appeal to me.
A PLO tournament once a month or simply the option of being able to "cash in" tournament entries I 'earn' would be much better.

Also, some sort of cash reward, status bump or bonus points for providing feedback/ideas would be appriciated. Since we are basically providing free information/advice on how to make a public company better, perhaps a few marketing dollars being spent getting feedback would be money well spent.
