8 days since 888 last posted itt. I was planning on depositing on this site but I am pretty unimpressed with the communication coming from support. A lot of people read these forums and are going to base their decisions about which site to play on from what they observe here, I for one have little faith that any issues that may arise will be taken seriously, or resolved. Most of your responses to peoples complaints thus far seem to be along the lines of "I'll pass it on, my hands are tied, I'm helpless, stop bothering me with stupid questions" etc. Please improve your presence here and please communicate with your superiors the importance of taking our concerns seriously.
