I've lost 8 x $22 buy ins because of this, including 3 tables where I was almost certain to cash.

888 rep i am new to all this, surely 888 will refund the buy ins but also should compensate me further for the tables I was likely to win/hassle and tilt factor?

Hi 888 I emailed the help department about 30 + mins ago I was playing a $12 step 2 Moroccan Magic Tourney and suddenly got disconnnected my internet connection is perfect so there was no fault on my part , I even tried accessing the game on my Iphone4s but still no joy ;( . I did receive a response back about 888 apoligising for the issues I was experiencing. But I never received an answer as to whether I would receive my $12 back ? I was rather disapointed by the response I received as I would hate to lose money on something which is out of my control on the logging in issues ive been experiencing Ive read that its effecting alot of players and I would like to know where I stand on this as I am a regular player / depositor. Hopefully someone can tell me whether I will be getting refunded as I am not happy with the response I received as it would of just been nice to know in the email I received back if I was or not. on page 107 of this thread is a similar situation and i was also involved and the 888 rep is saying something about refund but i guarantee that i didnt get anything...

dream on boy , you need to fight first with 888 incompetent support and explain them over 100 e-mails what just happen and what you want.

i really dont give a **** about buy-in , had a great stack want % of prizepool + compensation.
