Few more issues came up for me last night.

- Disconnects
I had 5 tables on the go two of them being turbos that I was nearly blinded off on in a matter of 5 minutes.Was able to rescue the others but it made for a break even session that was looking to be quite a good end to the night.

-Support
I tried to find a place to email support about the above issue and kept getting linked back to a help guide,which was pretty frustrating.

-Coming back from a disconnect
Having to click each tourney individually is very time consuming on top of having to click
the table and click back for each table.Would also be nice if the software remembered the layout as well.

Disconnect was 3:54am Est.

I am having this problem right now and it is tilting me to no end. Did you end of finding the email because I cannot

Thinking of just hitting them up under the banking,they have live support for that.

They actually have live support right inside the cashier -you get contacted by the rep while inside the software...

Whats the deal with the blind lvls?

If its 5 seconds to next blind lvl they just up it to the next lvl,any one have insight into when the cut off is for this? Really messing up bubble situations for me..lol

This is not possible yet, but after I sent your post in to the software guys, they have added it to one of the upcoming version releases. So look out for it coming soon...

888rep sending an e-mail to support is not likely to help much - your support guys are slow to respond and have a habit of sending 'canned' e-mails. Perhaps you should make an effort to be here more frequently!

It seems that you may have corrupt files in your 888poker software if this is an ongoing problem for you. I recommend the following:

1. Uninstall the current version of the software
2. To ensure that there are no more 888poker files on your PC, go to 'Run' in the start menu and type 'regedit' and remove any 888poker/pacific poker files that are there
3. Go to http://www.888poker.com and download the latest 888poker software

You should find things a bit smoother.

i have an issue with the software

i have Win 7 with different usersaccounts (1admin 2 guests)
i installed it correctly at the admin account and there it works fine
but i usually play under a guestaccount and there it doesnt even start

any hints on that?

How long do cashouts take via Neteller? Also, I'm assuming most of these stories of closed accounts etc are just special cases and not the norm?

Was wondering when you would start showing up.

Can we talk about compensation for disconnects and what is needed to prove its on your end not ours?

888Rep u here? I noticed you made some changes for Heads up games with new superturbos and 2k games.

thats a really cool idea but please for the sake of the game follow the structure PokerStars has. It's a crapshot to start a game with 10big blinds...at least if the game started off on 10/20 but it starts at 15/30, thats insane.

When FullTilt came out with superturbos a year ago they started off also with 300 chips but many players complained and they switched to 500 chips and a different blind level structure.

I hope you don't ignore suggestions otherwise a lot of the regspeed and turbo grinders will move away since actual superturbo structure is a crapshot.

Yes agreed, with a 500 chips starting stack I'd play a lot of these but now with the rake I think it's impossible to profit.

Tournament Director should make himself useful and revamp the entire SNG lobby. There exists a lot of problems, like the above and also some game types with the same speed as turbos but not marked as such. A lot of the structure is poor in the games being offered and many things are left unclear until you open the lobby.

Just open the PS lobby and copy their types and structures.

I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be any bronze/silver freerolls lately.

Does 888 not run them anymore?

I'm seeing them as normal in tournaments -> rewards tab.

That doesnt explain why I am getting disconnected as well.
Im on the mac version which is not a download.

it seems managers from other poker rooms like Merge and Stars were open to changes, i'm glad if 888 would be the same.

Four months ago I asked in the chat support why 888 cut the number of 100$ husng regspeed lobbies from two to one; only today I noticed we got another lobby up. After four months things got back to normal. Cheers for that, at least better late than never.

Since implementing superturbos it's a new thing, start it off with the right foot. Reconsider the structure. If it's necessary I can organize a campaign to show you how many of us would be willing to put in more volume if the structure changed.

DO YOU REALLY THINK AN AVERAGE PERSON KNOWS THIS!!? You are likely to lose quite a few players if you think a person is going to run regedit when he has problems. Your software should ensure a clean install/uninstall.
