I seem to have the same issues when i have say 2 tables of 888, 2 tables of party and 3 tables of stars. Yes i do have those 888caption, starscaption etc. But what I did notice was... it seem like if i played on 888 and party... and decent amount of tables... there isn't that much issues. Its when i put in stars tables... this issue arises.


Well before you guys did the software update... I never had any issues when playing a good amount of 888 tables and playing stars tables as well. It was once you guys did the software update a while back where it completely changed the table layouts, thats when i notice the issue.


Im real curious if people who play on 888 and also play on say stars at the same time have lagging issues or not. I notice it isn't that bad if party and stars... but when its 888 and stars, or if you do all 3 sites... it lags where you sit out and you click the im back doesn't even work many times.

The way the it was developed we don’t currently have the option for these tournaments to be filtered out. However we will pass this feedback on.

Can I please have details on which client/ operating system/ mobile pc or mac?

If you are asking me regarding the formatting, my system is Windows 10 on a PC, 27" monitors with 1080p resolution.

Game just freezes up in cash game and then all is lost WOW this is really bad!! this is really a serious problem, i wonder if you even care? seems like as long as rake is roling anything goes. Amazing!!

My screenname is "evx90", I play micros mtt's and sats. Last month (08/03) I got 5th place in a $22 MTT for $775.50, so I decided to withdraw $720 to cover some health related expenses.

Two days later, I was surprised when my funds were transferred back to my account and my account suspended. 888 Operations Team sent me an email:

"During a security check on your account we have been alerted to suspicious activity indicating that the use of Artificial Intelligence may be involved. The use of Artificial Intelligence is strictly against our User Agreement and will not be tolerated on our site and as a result your account has been suspended. If you have any information which would assist with our investigation or if you feel that the decision to place restrictions on your account has been taken in error, please contact us so that we can clarify the situation."

This is a complete mistake. The only software I use when playing is PokerTracker. I play in many sites since 2016 and I know very well how to play micros, I don't need AI to play.

As they said in their email, I immediately tried to contact Operations Team by sending them an email which was not responded. During this month I've sent four emails and non of them got a response, just the usual "I have forwarded your message to the responsible department, which will take care of it. You will receive an answer within the next xx days". In these mails I not only defend myself but I put myself at their disposal for any information they would need, any document or any request; I even offered to play my session on webcam if required. I am trying to communicate with them, but they don't.

You can look my statistics on the web, I play with the same username "evx90" not only on 888, but on stars and party (and others). Also "evxx90" on party and Ipoker. I used to play at the same time in these rooms and none of these other sites have suspended me or are investigating me. Not even a warning. BECAUSE I DON'T USE AI TO PLAY.

Right now I'm playing some SCOOP/Powerfest events and trying to qualify to others. You can find me in these sites and watch me play live. If you do, come to say hello.

@888rep, I hope you can help me with this, because the emails I've sent to 888support got no response and it's been a full month with my account and my funds ($1250) frozen.
