888 is a semiscam!

My friend cashed out 40 usd to bank account, and u know what he received? 20 usd! It is 50% from cashed out sum! To question why it happened they answered that it is not their problem because money goes thru few banks and some of them charge 20 usd per transfer! LOL

Then he changed cashout method to e-wallet cashouts. Made deposit from it and then cashed out to e-wallet. Cashout were in status PAID after 3 days but no money in wallet! As we all know e-wallet transfers are INSTANT so when it stays status PAID in 888 lobby money shold be in receivers e-wallet! So friend wrote to support why again problems? Support answered WAIT A FEW DAYS and then come back if no money... but transfers are INSTANT but they dont understand this... SUPPORT IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AT 888 AND INSTEAD OF SOLVING THIS PROBLEM THEY OFFERED HIM TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY!!! So disgusting! After few days with problem sent to CASAVA money was in e-wallet WITHOUT ANY EMAIL WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!!! Friend saved all chat logs all emails to be ready to go to court if needed. But looks like problem are "solved" with lot of effort, stress and fear about his money.

After reading all posts about 888 i can really understand people who play there. 888 politic is to get rid from +EV players no matter what it takes. 888rep is what he is, he gets paid to write here answers which he is allowed to write, no other way. He is only a person who do what his boss wants him to do, and if i were in his place i was doing the same, because money doesny stink and the worl is built this way.

And while there will be people who dont see it, 888 will be making a profit from them, it is fact in this kind of business. Players are something like debt slaves with no social warranties. If u made for example 1000 usd a month, be sure that allready paid a tax no less than a 1000 usd, and it means u pay 50% of your earnings to your BOSS - 888poker. Sad bud true.


Only one think that i dont understand in poker industry is WHY NOT TO MAKE PLAYER FRIENDLY ROOM TO MAKE HAPPY EVERY CUSTOMER, DOESNT MATTER HE IS WINNING OR LOSING, PLAYING 1 TOURNEY A MONTH OR 1000. since the last client update, my hem2 hud is not working, hands are imported correctly, but hud says "waitingg for hands".

Yep, same problem, working fine in tourneys but no HUD is showing in cash games

OK, just tried uninstalling software, restarting laptop, and reinstalling software as advised by rep in previous posts.
Same problem - no HUD showing in cash games.
I'm using HEM2.

888rep, after last update, there are big problems with the handhistory

For example first hand of session.
Player 1 sits and start table
Player 2 sits, sits out after being asked to post blinds, player 2 declines to post and sits out.
Player 3 joins table
Player 2 and Player 3 starts headsup while Player 1 sits out
The HH will write Player 1 and Player 2 are playing each other while it should be Player 2 and Player 3 playing, making the HH incomplete!
When 3rd player joins, HH already written hand for the 1st hand when player 1 and player 2 sits out + combines the first hand for player 2 and player 3 into one hand= making the hand incomplete.

lol how is 888 responsible for that? Its up to HEM to update the settings to work with the sites recent changes. There is nothing 888 can do about that.

Just signed up to 888 two weeks ago, won 450 bucks playing the 5cent/10cent blinds and they have accused me of "money laundering" when I have no knowledge of a single player on the site. I have sent a number of emails in the last week since they disabled my account and received only one back.. On further review, this has happened to a number of other players!! It is absolutely absurd... I would love to sit down and discuss with them how I won my money with straights, flushes, and full houses, but they have only sent one email reply which appears like an automated response in which a number of other players have posted on forums with the same issues as I.. Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I am considering legal action, as I have nothing to hide, and no involvement in any chip dumping.. If they had half a brain don't you think you would just isolate the "chip dumper" with any hand possible instead of waiting for aces and flopping a full house... WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

the hand i posted is technically 888's fault. they merged two hands into one.

I was using the live chat feature asking about my reward point statement, lady told me to email the support which i did. At the end of the chat, she asked me if there's anything she can assist me with. I brought up that couple of days ago was my big 30th bday and if they could give me bonus for that. She then tried to hurry up the conversation and wouldn't even give me chance to type anything.

Ha ha.. support is total team of donks, i allready hate them. Manager who manage them are total donk too, they think people are like animals to exploit. I dont know how many days are left for 888poker, but i believe soon they will lose trust at all... don't stay quiet, use law and talk different way with them, u are animals and slaves for 888, they love your money, not you.
