For collusion, cash out issues, refunds due to technical issues (from your side), 4 weeks is too long to reply. These issues are important and need to be addressed.

I am sorry to hear that that it has taken so long for you to get a reply as it supposed to be replied to from 24 to 72 hours. You can use live chat or phone in future if you are having problems as this method is usually the quickiest way as you are speaking to support directly..

888 -> MB -> PokerStars takes a week.

No not at the moment but hopefully the US government will allow them to return at some point in the future.

Phoning costs an absolute bomb, and the 24/7 live chat are no more than trained monkeys (and that's probably offensive to monkeys). They know very very little about many of the issues that crop up, are unhelpful and only really want you to deposit money over anything else.

The only thing you get inbetween 24 to 72 hours is an auto ("do not reply to this email") email. Like I said, even after weeks on end, you are lucky to even see a reply.

To sum it up with a perfect example, i tried to play a "private game" with some friends 2 weeks ago, and one couldnt even log into his account, it had been blocked. He emailed support and STILL NO REPLY on this issue so actually 888 is losing money from this situation as he cannot play.

About the 25k Super XL Wednesday Challenge today. The rebuy part is new, can you rebuy when you have under 5k chips or when you have busted? please answer within 8h
