AFAIK reload bonuses are like unicorns...

And AFAIK the only way to avoid the exchange fees is to get a second Skrill account in USD or use a different deposit method. It's worth the effort because 888 charges 4-5% when you deposit in a currency other than USD.

That's a question probably even they don't know the answer to. I asked them about a year ago why can't they add 6 max FLO8 tables, and a limit between 5c/10c and 25c/50c. It would cost probably 0 cent them to add a few new tables or limits but they just won't do it. This room run by idiots.
Same with the sng's. Some limit only had turbo, some only had normal tables.

Yeah I assume that they'll give me an answer like "We are currently discussing about it but I have no clear information to give about that"... But I want at least an answer to my question ^^

money dissappeared from my account this week.
Suddenly.
I did not play. I did not with draw.

I immediately wrote support but at first got no reply.
Then I got a reply they needed my personal data. I gave it all.

I waited more days and then I got a reply that
my problem should be solved. No explanation. No mentioning of my problem.
Nothing. Very strange.

But still no return of my money...Nothing was solved.

My money is still gone.

What is this? Do other players have the same problem?

For the 888poker reps.....

IE popups everytime I open lobby. - there needs to be an option to turn this off.

Connection issues - not that often but occasionally a popup will announce that I'm disconnected even when I am connected.

Lags - Not that much of a problem as it is usually 2or3 seconds of lag before something happens (this links to the next issue)..

Lobby freezing & not responding - a rare occurrence but 2 or 3 times I have been playing on 2-3 tables, there is a lag, then everything stops while I'm playing hands, after over 10seconds I check task manager to see that 888lobby is not responding. This will not work again unless I close down 888, disconnect/reconnect internet then open up 888 again.

Customer service - Pathetic, non-existent, whatever you want to call it. I have mentioned the above issues in emails to customer support, rec'd auto-reply saying I would have a reply in 48hours, and nobody ever gets in touch.

and finally..
Auto-popup - When 2 or more tables open, if you are putting in an amount to bet on 1 table, then press enter to submit it, sometimes another table has popped up just before you press enter and auto-open-minraises on that one. This also happens when you have typed in chat box, or if you are writing notes on someone and press enter to carry on typing on the next line...
- This needs to be looked at, If you are doing something on 1 table, it should wait until you've finished and not just auto popup another table (this happens to me often, sometimes I'll be inputting a bet amount, press enter only to find I have min 3bet on another table with 74o)

I'm not a great poker player but I do make a small amount of profit playing at the stakes I do (2BB/100 ish) but I believe that if the above problems were not present this would automatically be higher.

Its not in their interest that you improve your winrate, quite the contrary.. But if the focus steal problem was solved I think it would speed up play a bit which should be in their interest for obvious reasons.

The thing is the focus steal worked perfectly in the older software so I think they may have designed it like this on purpose.

I'm pretty sure the waitlist bug is done on purpose too.

From what I have seen, and I may be wrong, the waitlist bug only occurs if you are in the queue for a table that you have already been playing at.

Why does this make sense?

Well if you leave a table then join the waitlist again it's because there is a fish that has sat down since you left.

Could it be done deliberately to cut down on bumhunting?

What other excuse do they have for a problem that has been in place for well over a year?

Actually its been there for over 6 years and has survived 3 different major software overhauls.

@roymiami - I know its not in their interest at all to help increase my rate, I shouldn't have bothered typing that last bit.
I do think that overall it should be in their interest to do all they can to resolve issues flagged by customers and be as helpful as possible. With the total domination of online poker by Pokerstars and the imminent comeback of FullTilt, surely they would want to do everything they could to be one of the major sites in contention by offering something more than their counterparts & also stop current customers from moving to another site...

The sound on 888poker does not work on my Laptop for some reason.
It works on my other computers, been trying to fix it for a while now.
