The game was due to start at 19:01 GMT.... it started over an hour late. so you probably “adjusted it” for roughly 100 people, maybe, and you now have roughly 9 thousand people to refund tickets to.

Can you answer my previous message, also? You told me I’d need to email. I did. 5 days ago. You told me to be patient, it is taking up to 72 hours to get back to people. It’s been over 72 hours, so what now?

If you go into the cashier and click help you will find the supports phone numbers at the bottom, just locate your countries number and you can call them.

Your phone lines are closed. I have tried each day for the past five days and been met with a message which states due to the pandemic, your phone lines are currently not operational. Were you unaware of this?

Now that that option is gone also, and I’ve waited 5 days when you told me to “be patient” and wait 72 hours, what should I do next?

Yes I’m quite aware there is a pandemic ravaging the planet, not just your country, thanks for that incredibly passive aggressive comment. You are an employee of the company in a support role, you initially told me to be patient and wait 72 hours. I did, no response. I then asked you again, and you told me to call a phone line which is closed. You don’t see an issue there?

Would be good if you could. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard and can't see any reason not too. It either over extends my screen at recommended screen settings or is very small at next size down.

I agree with the above post that it would be handy to have the option to resize the lobby. It surely cant be hard to introduce and the other sites have that option.

The solution to compensate players for the interruptions was "lets have a crapshoot". It lasted a few mins for me where I had A8 called by Q7 and A94 flop and opp hit runner runner 7s. Then next hand A9 in cut off shoved called by 92 in bb think wooppee and gobshite spikes a 2 on the river. I have asked a million times but I ask again is it 888poker or 888bingo?. All these messages 888 put out about responsible gaming and then constantly peddle games directed at gamblers.

Regarding the last bit 888 must be aware by now of governments already taking a stronger line against these operations but still persist along this line. Keep not helping your own cause 888 I am sure it will serve you well.

Truth be told a 10k freeroll with 10k ppl in is more of a joke after several weeks of tilt and buy ins lost from disconnecting..also not being able to register is quite funny actually sums it up perfectly..I really dont get why they behave so bad with players its always our fault never theirs and refunds or bonuses are a utopia even though most people would use these re funds and bonuses on their site also and most likely 90 percent will loose it..

It s like they dont want customers honestly..

Now that you mention the big field it was a big opportunity for them to run it as a PKO with 100% bounty prize.

Did anyone else get disconnected and could not log back into their account earlier? Kept getting the error message but eventually was able to log back in.


I did not see anyone mention could not connect to software earlier?


Also what happen to the 10k neptune freeroll ticket if we used it for that 10k freeroll earlier? Had no idea it would use the ticket if i regged it..

How do you turn it back to chips? I use 888caption and i dont even have that BB option turned on i believe so ... how did my chip stack went to BB stacks? Does 888 have the software itself to change to BB without 888caption or did 888caption do this?

So are you saying it is not responsible gambling for us to offer freerolls on site?
Just because a player has higher cards doesn't mean he has a right to win the hand. I am certain that you yourself have won plenty of hands with cards
that maybe you would not have expected to.
I am not being rude here Mark but they are freerolls for fun but if they are stressing you out then I would advise you not to enter them and that goes for anyone else I must add.

There has no disconnection issues reported this morning and the site seems to be working fine so not sure why it's only happening to you.
The poker manager is aware of that Neptune ticket issue and I am sure he will sort it out.

That must be your third party software because we don't offer changing it to bb.

I have been trying to log in for 20 minutes and getting the whole gamete of error messages from server is down to oops something went wrong.

If your site is going to continue to offer games and charge full rakes (other companies have decided to cut prices of their services as a will of good gesture, you have not) than you should cut services to the point there is not a significant drop in service level.

Quite frankly most days your games are unplayable or it’s a major hassle to load them up and your not staffed properly to help and no discounts are given. And to be fair, your freerolls suck.

888poker/Wsop/Casava have a great business model. Let people deposit. Make it hard to cash out and don’t bother having a number where anyone can reach them.

When people get upset just blame the pandemic

They basically have a money printing business and can’t be bothered forwarding a phone number to one of their employees land lines.

Pathetic.

A few online poker companies have recently been granted an interactive gaming license here in Nevada. Elsewhere in the country and around the world the same thing is happening. As online poker becomes fully regulated clown operations like Casava will no longer be running a monopoly in the regulated ecosystem.

I’m assuming the big boys will start giving Casava/888/Wsop some real competition. Probably put them out of business with their pathetic support business model.

My countries support number is also down as you guys use the same call center. I get the message due to the pandemic they aren’t accepting phone calls.

You have your own US support center.
I know because when it first started years ago I was the rep who dealt with all issues and sent it over to be sorted but I stopped when the US support center opened. They are all owned by the same company so that's why you have the same message regarding the pandemic.

Lol you haven't understood my point. I was not suggesting I shouldn't lose with those hands. The example of the hand I provide is just to illustrate what these games are "crapshoots". 888 is supposed to be a poker site. Why is it a problem to have a normal blind structure or offer the games in a PKO 100% bounty format. You dont offer normal double up games either.

Your last line is now very funny because as I type this I cannot even register for the $4000 level 50 game. I click register and nothing happens so I guess I am not even going to get to choose whether I play in it or not. In 5 mins over 3000 registered which is probably the reason as the servers cant handle the numbers.
