Been on 888 for a few months now and the software is ok but so much needs doing in general

as quoted above this needs urgent attention

2)The ability to rebuy before the first hand of a rebuy tournament needs to be fixed and fast. This was brought up a long time ago and if it takes so long to fix something as small as that it is concerning for players. After all players do expect a company such as yours to be able to access computer programmers with the ability to fix such things.

3)When you check the HH replayer a feature of continuous play through hands as well as different replay speeds is needed. In addition each visual hand replay should also show a text version of the hand to save you seperately going through notepad to find a particular hand you want to post on a forum etc.

In addition to this are the following possible (could be i dont know how to do it)

- Turn off annoying pop up, like the casino ones or at start of MTT when you sit down/rebuy etc

- Tables can there be a feature to stack them all neatly on top of each other

- When a new table starts for some reason it goes to the top left corner of my screen as default, can they not open in the same location (make multitabling a nightmare)

- mouse wheel to change bet sizes

- be able to customize preflop and flop bet sizes. I would like to be able to 2.5x pre or 2.2x with the buttons

- You have to many turbo rebuys, could some reg speed re-buys be added into the schedule

- More mid stakes/high MTT in general, you added a $50 MTT at 6.30pm GMT time, something like this at 8pm with a decent guarantee would do well. There is only $100 a MTT in the evening schedule and if I recall its not every night.

- Move the 20r one hour earlier so it starts at 8.20 GMT and you will get tons more runners

I'd like to echo the opinions about the hand history replayer. At the moment, it's incredibly basic. I'd like to be able to see more than just the final result of the last hand.

Hey guys just starting to play on 888.

Need help with an issue though. I play on a laptop with an external monitor. When I move my tables over to my monitor and then click the tile button it moves them all on to my laptop instead of tiling them on my external monitor. Anyone know how to make it tile on the monitor instead?

Set external to default monitor or try placemint or stack n tile.. cool software but takes patience to setup.

A new replayer is cool, but how about fixing that popup issue when tables are stacked? its a huge bug and was disappointed that it wasnt fixed in last update.

Next pay, gonna try 888 myself.

I might be misunderstanding what you guys are trying to say, but the current replayer does everything that PS's does...not sure how much more it could do.

Edit: You're right Buffy, you can't get HH in text format from the replayer. But, Arty, you can definitely do more than just see the final results, such as replay the hand in different speeds and see all past hands, etc.

I contacted support but they don't have a fix for this.

I also did some Google searching, but no luck there either; although I did find others that are having the same problem.

888rep, maybe you could pass this bug on to the software team?

Can something be done about the Post Blinds button? It seems on this site I find myself randomly sitting out a lot and then when i hit post blinds to get back in it posts IMMEDIATELY instead of waiting for the big blind to come around...please make some feature to wait for BB or something so I don't end up posting out of position like crazy

It is good as it is now. Fish keep posting blinds out of their turns = more money for us. Just don't check the Post Blinds field until it asks you if you want to post, then choose Wait for BB and check the Post Blinds field.

I received a transfer on the site and tried to cash out the $, but the cashout bit of the client said I didn't have the available funds. Do I need to play through the money or something?

Some other comments for your consideration:

- Why can't you type into the chat of another table in an SNG, but you can in an MTT (I think)? I'm sick of players in the 20ppl nitros getting heads up during final 5 and agreeing to fold to the FT. Being able to warn them in chat would be useful.

- If you want to self exclude why does the rep ask if 888 is causing you financial problems? That's just ridiculous.

EDIT - forgot to say, when the self-exclusion went through the email contained this: "Please note that the Cooling-Off period only applies to the account you were logged into during the request. Should you have more than one account, you are required to repeat the process for each account separately." Multi-account fine here then?

The cashier "bug" is still happening and you are still forcing IE to open instead of the default browser. I donno about the first one, but the second behaviour is not hard to fix, so why is it not done?

Stop with the new features and focus on existing problems before anything else? I really wanna play here, but you don't take the players or software very seriously.

You can have account on the different skins, but never play at the same times.

Wanted to post that as a conclusion to my blocked account , 888 refunded me the lost tournaments buyins and also granted me platinum status which I was not able to mentain because of the mistaken account blocking.

I remember there used to be an option to make the lobby bigger or smaller but I can't seem to find it anymore. Is it still there?
