Was the note taking option eliminated? ANYONE please help. I can't seem to take new notes or access the old ones but can see who I took notes on.

There's a glitch on the new software, you have to click above player's name on a very small area to be able to open the note pop-up. I'm still not sure where exactly you have to click so I click many times around the area until it shows up.

Is there anything that can be done about this rep? is super annoying and not very practical.

Some tables the notes do come up. Some tables (I noticed usually the MMA ring type PKO tables) they refuse to come up. Is this only an issue for me?

Can someone look into having a functioning note system across all tables?

How do you switch from chips to bb on 888? I recall you had to click on a spot on the table to do it... but i can't get it done. I do have a hotkey though that does it with 888caption but want a way to do it with a click on the screen... similar to like on party.

I used to withdrawal USD via Revolut debit card and avoid 888's outrageous exchange fees but support told me that Revolut cards are no longer recognised for withdrawal purposes.

Can't receiving prizes for completing the "hand of the day". I could not get prizes either for Saturday or today. I have been doing this task for more than a year, problems arise from time to time, but with problems it was possible to request a prize earlier with vpn or in the mobile application. Are there any available seat settings on 888?

I'm always seated in the bottom middle seat (on 6max cash tables) but my Holdem Manager HUD is inconsistent between tables.

Not sure what's causing this but I assume it's a common problem so looking for advice from someone who has experienced the same issue, thx

What is the most amount of tables you can play on 888 without the client crashing and then having to restart? I had tested 888 and seems like the moment you do 10 tables... that is when it happens. Before the software update a while back, i remember i tested like 18 tables on 888 and there was little to no lag. But once the software change happened, its almost impossible to play much tables.


So even if you get the fastest processor for your computer, this is still the case right? In another thread, someone mention they play on party and have ryzen 7 and has tons of issue with lag on party which is very common. But do people with the fast processor have same issue with 888?

I'd like to report Playerhater6 who constantly steals blinds from players on fix limit holdem 15/30$-25/50$ (or 30/60$-50-100$) tables.

He joins the table when there is only 1 player, and immediately checks the "sit out next big blind" option. If he gets the button he plays 1 hand, and then sits out without playing from the big blind. If he doesn't get the button he sits out immediately without playing and then leaves.

It seems that he is playing from Luxembourg, but I'm pretty sure he is using a VPN and I know that in reality he is a winning regular player derueberboss from Germany who did the same buttoning strategy for years on other sites before he got banned or german players were seperated. ( I know this because I see him joining on another poker site at the same time)

I might switch over from Ipoker. Has anyone got an info on the best deals?

There are a few glitches in the software.

1. When a new player gets moved to the table during a hand then he has hole cards shown on his seat and it looks like that he his in the hand. It confused me several times and its hard to notice it if u r multi tabling.

2. When getting HU the software sometimes crashes, even all animations are turned off, and u have to restart the software.

3. Still not possible to reenter the tournament after u didnt reenter at the table. If u miss out to reenter u cant do it via the lobby. The client will tell u that u already played the tournament.

Now to the worrying part about the bots or AI users from eastern Europe :

888 knows about the massive complaints from its customers since more then 1 1/2 years and still the bot/AI user rings are still able to create new accounts. They are mainly from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia. The number of bots in tournaments has increased after the last ban wave at the beginning of the year. I did sent over again several times a list of the bot/AI accounts to the support months ago. Unfortunenately nothing happened since. There round about 50 accounts right now. These accounts are huge winner and taking a big chunk out of the ecosystem. They all have the same paterns in terms of avg buy in, skill ability, country and low number of played tournaments. They do play a similar style and dont care at all about ICM.

Im representing a group of almost 70-80 Mtt regs on 888 and no one of ever got a refund from the seized money that got taken from the banned accounts.

We dont get any updates nor does 888 prevent these scammers to come back and continue stealing our money. Can u please ask for a official statement from the securities team whats happening with the seized funds and why the scammers are still able to create new accounts? Slowly i really cant exclude anymore this might be someone inside from 888 who exploit ur poor security system...
