Maybe I am blind but how exactly can I take part in promotions on 888? I am seeing the banner for Hand of the day and daily cashback wheel, but there is no further information or how I should/can activate it.
I obviously have deposited in the past, so that should be no problem.

I am however getting the Galaxy spin every day.

so quick reminder: made a deposit 1 month ago. 2 weeks ago i made 3 cash outs. after first 2 cash outs got to my bank for the third 888 asked for bank statement again (i already sent the id and bank statement and i was verified). then i got email and they say they will not transfer money to my bank anymore and i should use another deposit method to deposit a small amount and then cash out using that method. only 25$ in my account so i played a hu sng and a blast sng and now i have 167$ and i want to cash out. i tried to deposit using neteller so i can withdraw my money there and guess what. it wont let me deposit ). it is so frustrating. i know it is only 167$, but i am kind of a casual player and i just made a post on challenges forum where i started with a bankroll of 100$ ) so i dont want to just let this 167$ in my 888 account just because for no real reason 888 site just dont want to transfer them to my bank account anymore. and they dont say why!!! i asked them in mail why they sent me 2 cash outs and now they cant anymore to the same bank account and they just repeating that they cant

Got a question...just wanna make sure I understand this new bonus TOC correct. Lets say I have 400 USD in my account and I get a 10 USD bonus for a promo. So now the account is 410 USD. If I understand it correct I can not withdraw the whole 410 USD cause the bonus has to be wagered. Unfortunately the bonus will/can not be wagered as long as there is more than those 10 USD in the account. When I withdraw the 400 USD I will lose the bonus. So the only way to even try and clear the bonus by wagering is to lose the 400 USD in my account.

Can you please tell me if that is correct and please dont refer me to the TOC. I read them and I wanna make sure I got it right and you as a rep should be able to answer the question.

Ive re-read the TOS on the website and I think they've modified that ambiguous part. I think you'll clear the 10$ you just won't be able to bring it to the table anymore unless you lose your whole bankroll.

Once software thinks it's DC'd, have to force shutdown and re-open.

Got a bonus balance thats higher than the initial bonus because I started clearing it before the update. Apparently these profits go to bonus balance, not active balance. Bonus balance that NOW will only be used after I go broke.

.. Essentially I was going to loose money the moment I accepted the bonus. I either have to forfeit the bonus + profits or I have to go broke...

Since yesterday, 10c/25c Snap cash games no longer appear in the lobby.

30nl snap was removed last week and 25nl snap was put in its place. Yesterday, 25nl had lots of players but disappeared , now players have to jump from 10nl straight to 50nl.

I suspect a lot of fish will be going broke more quickly this bank holiday weekend.

I was playing 25nl Snap when all the tables suddenly closed and it disappeared from the list. Been around 24 hours now since that happened.

Seems pretty silly that the options at 10nl and the next increment is 50nl.

it probably would be a good idea to have a TOS people can understand. if the rep and experienced poker players aren't sure what it means, I can't imagine occasional gamblers

anyway if anybody has a bonus, that would be cool if you could tell us if youre clearing it or not.

That is the point...they dont want you to clear any bonus obviously.

Problem solved, they just re-appeared at the tables today. Pretty weird if you ask me.

My timing obviously couldnt be worse.
I wasnt aware of the upcomming change in TOC.

Progression towards completion stopped.
So even a few dollars profit is now voided when the period runs off.
Unless I throw away my $600 active balance to start clearing bonus again
