Today my client got disconnected and after I logged back in all my notes and tags were gone..yesterday I got a message saying something about changing the Terms on the deposit bonus I am currently wagering and even though I didnt understand exactly I assume is something bad..one month they had my account disabled preventing me from wagering..

I swear this is obvious 888 trying all their best to discourage regulars and not give the bonus..I am honestly really annoyed about what is going on is this for real?? I cant believe this honestly is it even worth taking notes anymore as I see a lot of ppl with this issue WTF IS THIS 888???

No, in romania and got a pop up saying from 05.03 bonus wagering requirements will change and you first have to use the bonus money or your money I didnt really even understand I can only assume is for the worse..

This combined with tags and notes suddenly dissapearing makes things clear for me..also having my account disabled for no real reason as I can now play proves you just dont want to give the bonus anymore..

Hi 888 rep.

I am customer on 888 for many years with periodical deposits.
I would like to give some advises to your poker management. These advises are not coming only from my behalf but also from my friends that are players here.

I am sure that your site is happy for this peak period of profit as a lot of people that stays home chose to play. However after this period you will remain with the old players that chosen this platform for years ago. So please take in consideration the following advice's:

1. You have a monthly free poker tournament for chosen players ( VIP's) each month and the blind level is 2 minutes? We want to play poker not bingo, so consider the level increase to 10-12 minutes per level. WHY, and based on what you took the decision to put 2 minutes?

2. Is it fair the compensation ( rake back) level? One player that spends 10 dollar here is compensated the same with one who spends 1000? ( example, spin wheel, gold coins). The only good thing is the promotion for cash back but I never seen more than 25% return.

3. After you changed the format for Blast games I barley see 100x winnings ( from other players) In my case I never had 10x after this change. A lot of old players stopped because the odds are to low to hit something.

4. You are focusing to much on free rolls, and I understand why, but you have to consider also the players that hate fast formats or those who do not need free rolls but some tournaments with some added value, or a ladder ranking leader board.

Please take in consideration this, and I repeat is not only my opinion but of the majority playing here for years.

So as I didnt really understand how will it change exactly?? Do I now have to play 3 days non stop to clear as much as I can??..as I understand u have to loose ur money to wager the bonus ones dont count or what exactly?? Actually I got a pop up yesterday and by sending pop ups doesnt mean someone can steal money and use fake publicity or break national and international laws.

This is utterly disgusting and straight up gangsta hustle robbery oh my days..

It seems to me that I should not be allowed to register in satellites if I cannot win in those and there must be check about my participation in Day 2 multiflight tournament. And clear point in rules that there is no way to use tickets after qualification to Day 2. And another way is to allow tickets to be used in tournaments with this buy-in - 100$ BLAST or SNG tournaments are possible, like it is for Big Fish sattelites tickets or Step Tickets.

On a whole a small stakes playing fun players who deposits 50 to 150 eur per month are worth a lot more to the site than a high stakes grinders who never deposit. Only positive role high stakes grinder plays from the perspective of the site and therefor poker ecology is in increasing the traffic to what would otherwise be slow registering or never running games. Rake is just increased cash flow, all money and therefor profits come from a depositor.
