Why do progressive tournaments still show not the amount you get from bounty but half? Stars and party fixed this issue so why does 888 still have this?

I have this same issue. My bonus do not wagger and the way I understand it they will never unless I'm a loosing player?

Is this only on the ES-PT market or is it a global policy?

Also on a side note I'm one more of those that lost all the notes and tags...

Has anyone else had 888 be shut down and quarantined by their PCs anti-virus. This is the third time in 5 weeks its happened to me and its related to the clog file.

Here is the report I get ClogFile Threat name Real Protect EC! with a series of numbers and letters.

I can understand why some would think this was a joke given the time we are in.

It happens within a minute after logging in and my guess is its related to these messages that appear.

I have never had this problem with other sites or 888 when the old software with chat on table was available. My PC is 4years old windows 10.

I have re-installed 888 a few times without success and this will just repeat if I download it again. It used to trigger a warning on installation that I could bypass but does not do so lately.

I have sent an e-mail to support@888poker.com regarding this issue and will post an update when I have it.

Does this only affect bonus like deposit bonus and cashback spins or does it also affect rakeback? If I trade my Gold Coins for cash does it need to wagger the same way or those are direct cash bonus?

In a perfect world they would be able to advise me but in the real world what happens is this:

- The support takes 10 days to answer;
- The support answers with a copy/paste automatic message;
- The message will say:

"Dear Joao,

There was another player who posted in this thread with the same issue and he got the reply that unfortunately nothing can be done regarding the new updated terms so there is nothing I can do.

It doesn't make any sense to apply the same principle to the 888 Club because with regular bonus like spin cashbacks you get the money immediately but then once you withdraw they revert it - ok that's gone forever.

But with coins you can just withdraw your entire bankroll first, then swap your coins for cash and wager the bonus playing your next session using that rakeback only.

Also from what I know (correct me if I'm wrong) while players in the .pt pool can only trade the coins for cash on the .com domain you can trade them for tournament tickets which for mtt players is the same.

At least for me its not worthy since my daily scheduled there i spent a way more then 50€ that its the maximum rakeback there
