I agree that 888 takes little, very little action against bots. At this moment only pokerstars fights bot. Party use too, but after the update it all went the wrong way. I mean we've came to the time were regs of husng are puroposly sharing the lobby with bots as they can't do anything, they don't get any support from the room. Tens of emails were written to 888 poker about optimus23p, since he was the most obvious bot on the skin, priviously banned on some other sites. No action came from 888 sadly.

I emailed support regarding this issue and the issue where players at the cash games are sitting out, leaving (after presumably they are being timed off a table) and immediately rejoining and sitting out again. I won’t attach a name to the email because he is a real person and not wanting to put them on blast personally for stupid responses but. I told them what had happened, that a player was sitting out 4 handed. After a while he left at one position on the table while sitting out and immediately sat again at a different spot snd continued to sit out. I left to see what would happen and 10 seconds later all 4 players were gone. The response I got was this

still not heard anything this is getting beyond a joke , its been 2 weeks now.

They just play dumb. Here is further response I got from them bringing up bots and scripting

It is obviously not secure, the player should be contacted by his registered email. Otherwise any guy could write and tell them that your nickname is his nickname and he forgot the password.

888 was already fined 8 million dollars for neglecting customers - responsible gaming. They were warned to stop neglecting customers and they continue to allow us to play in corrupted games, play on horrific software that makes players lose money and do not honour refunds, take enormously unreasonable amounts of time to respond. They need to be held accountable.

But they don't need to be shamed for every post just because you are angry for them. Try to be more objective. Poker rooms regularly pay fines: PokerStars, William Hill, Bet365 , just google it.

I’m owed refunds. Many of them now and there is no constant dialogue. There is disjointed moronic, unprofessional responses like I am speaking to a toddler. This is not acceptable. They are not so incoherent in their commercials. Respect deserves respect. Stand by your product and your players. Stop ignoring serious game integrity emails and refund emails for malfunctioning software. You can define it as shaming I am just holding these clowns to a small standard. Your support has my ID and the numerous refund emails and scripting emails. They’ve disappeared. There is a serious problem with your “support”. Players should not have to log into obscure forums on the internet to get help with accounts and have you do your jobs. So the real question is why is your support notorious for taking unreasonable amounts of time to respond to emails and if you’re this thin in numbers who the hell is watching game integrity real time. Makes sense why so many reports of shady play is going on

Okay, twoplustwo is now an "obscure" forum. It is common situation when major poker rooms have it's own representative who helps to sort out some irregular questions.

I have to say they have the worst customer support ever. It’s two weeks I’m trying to solve something. Very small but they answer to my emails every da days.

Get rid of the pop ups that come up right after we log in, that are obviously meant to make us misclick one of your promotions.

And for anyone else who's sick of them, after you log in, just keep smashing Esc and they go away as quickly as they come up.

I just buy a new computer. I could not install the 888 software. After numerous attempts and searching the Internet, I decided to send email to support asking for help. After a 10 day wait they told me that they don't know any solution and suggest me to play on the phone. I am disappointed and having to believe what they say here, that the site will fail soon. I play for 2 years practically every day, I was forced to look for new rooms.

Maybe not ideal either but you can play 888 through a web browser.
