Hey my username is "dembla10" on 25th June I received an Email from operations team stating that my account has been restricted pending the outcome of an internal investigation into money transfer transactions on my account and was asked to share any information on the case. I'm not even aware why this is done and I've only done 3 transactions that too of my winnings after getting my account verified.
Post this I've written few mails to your operations team and still awaiting a reply. my $2.2 K bankroll is stuck then I also wrote to the chat support after 2 weeks and they had no clue why this is done and they said they can't even reach to the operations team. please help me sort this out.
