I have checked out how many players that were reported here during the last months have been banned and it turned out that some actually have been, maybe about 10-15% of them.

Despite 888 being ignorant most of times, reports still have some chances of success which makes me will to keep on doing that.

Hey my username is "dembla10" on 25th June I received an Email from operations team stating that my account has been restricted pending the outcome of an internal investigation into money transfer transactions on my account and was asked to share any information on the case. I'm not even aware why this is done and I've only done 3 transactions that too of my winnings after getting my account verified.
Post this I've written few mails to your operations team and still awaiting a reply. my $2.2 K bankroll is stuck then I also wrote to the chat support after 2 weeks and they had no clue why this is done and they said they can't even reach to the operations team. please help me sort this out.

Nice one 888. Very tricky. When you have 1000 USD and you get 100 usd bonus it looks loke this.
You bet 100 - at this point your bonus balance is 0 as shown in challenges tab. You win - you won with bonus money so you cannot cashout your prize and a bonus. You lose - oooopsss… sorry - you werent playing with bonus money. Your bonus balance is still 100 USD.

Please bring back the slot races as they have been. Just one race every hour with reduced prizepools is very boring and nobody is playing.

They used to be every 15 minutes and had bigger prizepools. They attracted lots of players to your site, me included. Can you bring them back please? support told me that they would bring back the old structure in summer :/ lots of players asked for it

I have a rules question. There is 15 minutes limit for each player on the table to sit out without playing a hand. Is it legal to restart the table to reinstate this limit?

I mean when 3 players sit out on the tables without playing a hand (waiting for a 4th) and every few minutes restart the tables with the reason not to be kicked because of sit out?
