When you take a note on someone, there is a small dot on the player as oppose to stars and partypoker where the color you put would cover the entire player. Thus you can't even tell you have a note on a player on 888poker. Are there any plans to change this?

Also is a way to search for a player on 888? On stars you could either right click and find a player or just enter a name and find a player. Of course on stars, you could hide yourself but can you search for player on 888poker?

This link downloads an old version of the software. After downloading and installing it I was prompted to download an updated one from 888.com but again I couldn't.

I am beginning to suspect there's a ton of paranoia regarding botting.

If someone talked to me in chat, it's highly possible I wouldn't answer to them because I stack and multitable; if I don't see the chat bubble, I don't know someone is talking to me.

Even if I do see the chat bubble, the chat window is such a pain, because once I open it my hotkeys stop working and hud positioning gets out of whack, that I might forego answering.


I also use a timer so that I try acting at the same time, although to be fair it's near impossible when I multitable.

But yeah. Don't accuse people so easily. Maybe there are botters, I don't know to what extent. But be careful.


PS. Countdown before I am accused of being a botter or botlover. 5,4,3,21....

I play long enough to know that any "human" being would look in the chat whats going on ...... and its a clear pattern that bottish players have turn off their sharkscope

While it's not too late, you might want to consider using up-to-date short-deck poker rankings, where three of a kind beats two pair, but loses to straight. That is the way the latest Triton tournaments/cash games were played.

If a straight is beaten by three of a kind, the game becomes very binary (which is the opposite of what the game is supposed to be). If a straight beats a set, the equities of hands run pretty close. For instance, QQ vs AK on QJT rainbow is a coinflip, if you play by the Triton rules. The nut straight is drawing dead if played by the outdated rules.

No clue if this guy is a bot or not, but just cause someone doesn't wanna chat with you doesn't mean anything. I ignore chat 99% of the time simply cause its a pain in the ass on 888 plus its usually just donks talking Sh*T

my sister back 8 years ago, emailed them saying i was an addict and needed my account closed, and they can clearly see it wasnt me sending that ****, and they still wont open my account. bigt2685 run my account, agent, and see what you can do. tell them to look at what i was uploading.. 50 dollars 10 times. im not that poor, that this spells out degeneracy. i was really sick but i had no problem affording it. she is a ***** but i love her. she emailed every main poker site.. and they could all clearly see it wasnt me from my email, but not 888. i guess you guys have only one plo table running even during peak lol, so it doesnt matter. i would definitely play your medium-ish mtts, if i could. pokerstars could tell it wasnt me, partypoker, americas card room, bodog, and a few others.. microgaming, etc.. but not 888. 888 is the only one that cant read my emails and compare em to that one to see it wasnt me. lol i talked to the main people that handle accounts and they said we cant open your account, because i really have troubles and they hope the best for me. LOL feminists run the place.. because they definitely are incompetent.

I usually also do not use the 888 chat, cause it sux to rearrange my my table after using it.

If all the bots are blocked on SS, and this account is blocked on SS also + has other reasons why account is a suspected bot...then i see no reason to not bring it up.
