Any chance you guys can review the current reward scheme, please?

It's unfortunate for us poker players that part of the reward system involves casino and sportsbook betting.

For those of us who dont want to play such games, we are forced to wait for the 'active days' parameter to be cleared before a new level can be reached.

The volume of poker we play isnt really reflected in the rewards. We easily fill up the 'play poker' parameter and are penalised for not using casino.

Please allow us to complete a level by paying enough rake. I mean, the 'play poker' parameter should NEVER not total the amount of points required to level up.

Thanks.

I play .10 ones for kicks, hope for a big spin with little cost. I've played many $1 ones and a couple of $5 ones.

In maybe 500 of these games at the .10 level, my highest spin his been $1 haha. Any of you guys spin anything nice, at any level?

I do not like it either. But only money drives them. I hope the worst possible, if less problems come, gg.

Apart from bugs, the software is one of the good points of 888 compared to many other sites. Actually barring Stars as number one 888 is right up there

Dear 888rep

I am posting here to bring to your attention the issue I am having with my account getting blocked and 888 refusing to reactivate my account. Here is the complete story:
I have been a regular at 888 tables under the account name "72open" since the beginning of this year. I have also been playing at other sites but 888 has been my place to go. Since the beginning of this year, I have clocked in 1500 hours+ on 888, playing and growing through the stakes and increasing my bankroll to reach the level where I would be comfortable playing 0.25/0.50c and 0.5/1$ tables. My goal was to reach that particular bankroll and then start withdrawing my winnings always maintaining that minimum amount as my bankroll.
At the beginning of this month, 4th of Nov., I made a couple of withdrawals worth 500$s each. On 5th of Nov, while I was still sitting and playing at the table, I was logged out from the client and I got a message saying my account has been temporarily suspended. I received an email saying that I have been flagged for Artificial intelligence. After a couple of emails, on 9th of Nov, I received an email from 888 operations team saying that they have agreed to reactivate my account and for that I would need to send notarized documents. On 12th of Nov, I got the documents notarized and uploaded to the client via Cashier. Today, 16th of Nov, I received an email saying the documents are not accepted and the account stays inactivated not giving any reason why the documents are not acceptable. While on a call with the 888 rep, she told me the documents are correct and as per requested by 888 operations team and she does not know why they were not accepted.
This kind of behaviour from a premier poker site is appalling, basically not giving any reason for anything. I would highly appreciate any efforts from you to get the matter resolved in a timely manner. I have even offered to the operations team to have full access to my computer and a complete support from my side if they would like to carry out any investigation. I don't use any software other than Pokertracker on my computer.
If you are interested, I would be more than willing to post my play history from pokertracker which could be of any help to you or your mates at the operations team.
Thanks and best regards

I'd like to report the player bambo_bambo for Botting. His former nicks were drug_tito15 and Uskebasi_1. Both former accounts were closed, but he keeps opening new ones.

Here is the screenshot with stats from SmartHand. The stats of both players are basically identical

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: November 18, 2018

888poker Ambassador Parker “Tonkaaaa” Talbot Wins Sunday Mega Deep for $17,390!

Sunday was a special day for 888poker Ambassador Parker “Tonkaaaa” Talbot, who while streaming to thousands of fans, topped a 506-entry (329 unique + 177 rebuys) field to win the $215 buy-in, $100K GTD Sunday Mega Deep for $17,390 after a heads-up deal.

The tournament offered up a $101,200 prize pool paid out to the top 48 players including “KelevraJesus” (38th - $577), Sam “sammygrinder” Grafton (34th - $577), Anton “anteen” Bertilsson (20th - $982), “Streusalz” (9th - $1,771), “888topPair” (5th - $5,313), and “bossamtisch1” (3rd - $10,879).

After just over 10 hours, Talbot and “sikosomatik” struck a deal. You already know what the former got, while the latter received $16,512 for finishing in second place.

Sam “sammygrinder” Grafton Closes Out the Monsoon

The $55 buy-in Sunday Deepstack Monsoon saw 201players rebuy 74 times, which surpassed the $10K GTD by creating a $13,750 prize pool paid out to the top 27 players. Among those to cash were “ZeroNineee” (20th - $137.50), “villagelife” (13th - $206), “mugggggy” (7th - $550), “1LevelAbove” (6th - $687.50), and “Flopchopper” (3rd - $1,616).

After 8 hours and 50 minutes, the UK’s Sam “sammygrinder” Grafton defeated “Dogsplace” to win the title and $2,956. The win came one week after Grafton finished runner-up in the Sunday Whale for $17,774.

He also finished second in the October 28 Sunday Mega Deep for $14,877, and back on September 9 placed third in the $10,000 Monsoon for $1,215.

“traverrrr” the Bounty Hunter; PKOs the Competition for More Than $6,500

The $215 buy-in Turbo Mega Deep Progressive Knockout (PKO) had 77 players rebuy 16 times, which meant a $20,000 prize pool ($10,700 in the regular prize pool, $9,300 in the bounty pool) was up for grabs. Only the top 12 got paid including Sam “sammygrinder” Grafton (12th for $294.25 + $100 in bounties), “mosi157” (8th for $347.75 + $50 in bounties), and “ghandivan” (4th for $1,016.50 + $300 in bounties).

In the end, after just 3 hours and 16 minutes in the tournament, it was “traverrrr” who prevailed to win a $2,916 prize plus an additional $3,653 in bounties. Meanwhile, “_Lord_Xenu_” had to settle for runner-up for $1,980 plus $491 in bounties.

“Irreligious8” Weathers Monsoon to Win $2,873

The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon attracted 224 players to the virtual felt and they rebought 57 times to generate a $14,050 prize pool. That was paid to the top 36 players including “Hugo_lewis08” (25th - $119), “mugggggy” (13th - $190), “popsnpoker” (6th - $632), and “kingoftilt94” (4th - $1,194).

After “upaymyweed_” bowed out in third place for $1,588, the title came down to “ruttz” and “Irreligious8.” After 6 hours and 38 minutes in the tournament, that latter pulled out the win to the tune of $2,873.

Russia’s “DamnWorld” Lands Himself a Starfish

The $22 buy-in, $5K GTD Sunday Deepstack Starfish had 295 runners account for 105 rebuys, which blew by the guarantee by creating an $8,000 prize pool. Among the top 45 to get paid were “Maklay36” (15th - $100), “vallaelanik” (9th - $140), “Hooooooold” (6th - $352), and “gzp974” (3rd - $880).

After just under 10 hours, Russia’s “DamnWorld” defeated “Renato2322” in heads-up play to win a $1,548 first-place prize. Not a bad return on investment!

Thanks!!

I'm unable to download your client on my MAC

I've used 3 different browsers but nothing happens when I click download

I've followed instructions on your website and made sure that Allow Downloading from "Anyone" is selected in my system preferences.

I've tried contacting support but haven't heard back from them

Anyone has a solution?
