Is this statement from another 888 thread true ? : "Cassava randomly decided they dont want to payout bank wires in usd, strictly euro from now on."

My account currency is USD but withdrawal page ( bank wire ) says " your withdrawal will be paid in € ".

When I am disconnected for even 10 seconds the client just closes. Wtf. This happens every single time I disconnect

is anyone else getting slow rolled by 888 cashier? I requested a withdraw 6 days ago, contacted support last 2 days and was told it would be paid out at end of "today" Obviously that never happened, contacted support again today, was told they will look into it on Monday....wtf?

I think cashouts are getting slower. I had the slowest ever recently, took almost 3 weeks to get the cash.

Players (both Brazil):
tokaRaul
vauuter

They are chip dumping right now. Sitting at an empty table, raising like crazy preflop, and then folding to some min bets or 1/10th pot raises, and leaving the table.
They did this many times on different tables and stakes.
Money goes from vauuter to tokaRaul.

Now they are "transferring" money from tokaRaul to admrom007.
Same pattern. Fold to small bets leaving transferring player with few bucks or going all-in with really weird hands as long as the receiver have a better hand.

When cashing out from a usd 888 account to an euro bank account, is it possible to get the exchange rate beforehand? Before clicking 'withdraw'?

Made a test cashout and 888 absolutely raped me on the rate. Like 10+% loss compared to actual rate.


Also wrote an email to support, twice, they didnt bother to answer.

I seen a Chilean and many different Peruvian accounts doing this last year. The Chilean was the one constant with all the dough being transferred to him/her.

Report it by e-mail to 888 and hopefully they can block any cashout on the account in question. Now that I see this happening again it vindicates why I do not play here anymore as I do not believe this site can be trusted to stop even the most basic of scams such as this without the intervention of other players.

when i click on "cashier", a browser window opens and while that browser cashier is pretty, it does not allow any of the settings that the cashier you linked allows.

so what do i do?

If you email or phone support they will be able to look into your account and advise you.

my emails were written well before i even entered this thread.

Just open a USD account at your bank and withdraw to that. Then convert using your bank.

It's pretty easy to set up.

thanks for that tip, mvp. i already took that route, but my bank is taking a 3% uncapped vig on these kinds of transactions which i wont pay.
moreover, 888 will only pay my withdrawals in euro...


i have played on this site or its skins for several years and raked 4 digits every month over extended periods of time.
it is just very disappointing as a customer to be treated like an idiot the one time, you want something from them.
i'm gone.

-its not possible to know at which rate one is going to cash out.
they decide when the cashout is going to be processed and which rate is going to be applied at that time. you are not going to know it in advance.
-the rate is "comparable" with the ones banks use (aka. we have our fantasy rate and take 10% of your cashout, WHATCHA GON DO ABOUT IT?)
