I got an email with a bonus offer. 20% up to a 300 bonus. So that means I have to deposit 1500 in order to take full advantage.

What I don't understand is the playthrough requirement. I read your documents but they are so abstruse I can't make heads or tails out of them. I play tournaments. How much do I have to pay in tournament buyins to clear the wagering requirement for 300?

Based on the experience with my deposit bonus, they clear at 20% rakeback equivalent. The bonus will probably queue 30x10$ bonuses. So you will have to rake 50$ in order to clear each 10$ increment. So 1500$ total, it's basically raking your deposit.

Not sure if this is the right place... but, I seem to find the site / mobile platform very 'clunky' it never seems fluid or flowing when playing at the tables, everything seems very old and tired... Maybe an isolated experience but it's what I seem to think whenever I decide I'll give 888 another go...

888Rep I still have issues launching the client on my new laptop, I wrote to tech support yesterday morning but never heard back from them. If you could check and I beg you please do not send "Have you tried to turn it off and on again?" emails. I have tried everything there is, including the following things:

- Disabling firewall and antivirus
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the client 347 times
- Running it normally and as an administrator.

Same damn result every single time. Lobby flashes for a second then I get the exit popup message and client closes.

Please can you introduce $3 20 man regular speed sngs. The $3 36 mans seem to have taken off nicely, but all we have is the $1 40 mans in the regular speed games.

$3 20 man, or $3 18 mans would be awesome.

$3 6 max 12 mans 50/30/20 payout would also be fantastic.

Thank you for your last help with scripters. Part of them disappeared and part started to follow the rules.

There are 2 more scripters that continue to break the rules on the midstakes. They take the seat next to any recreational player less then a second.

Seriously... I hope 888 has plan to hire new staff... It takes forever for withdrawals (I have 3 pending, one since november 23 and two since november 30). It takes 3 days (at least) to receive an answer when you contact support.

The customer support is so inadequate. Sad because that room could be much bigger but will keep losing players with such bad support.

Thanks but we should not have to come and post in a poker forum to have support. And you should not have to take care of every 888 players here. 888 has a problem with customer support and should fix it before it's too late.

Hey 888rep,

I just want to say a big thank you for running the best online poker room. I find 888 to be the safest of all alternatives by far and as so it deseves the respect of the poker community for its contribution to the world of poker. I wish you keep on working to improve even further and find even more efficient ways to deal with the problems that we face in 2017 (our range includes mainly bots). So apparently the old version of 888 I was using no longer works, it just gets stuck on the loading screen, and I am forced to use the monstrosity of the new version with the most ******ed external chat box imaginable. Any chance of some other older versions that will still work? can anyone save me?
