Hello Everyone,

On Friday, the XL Eclipse continued with 11 more tournaments from the 197-event schedule.
Day 13 of the online series once again saw three different players capture their second XL Eclipse titles, which happened on Thursday as well.

“alexos888” Wins 2nd Title in 3 Days
In Event #163: $30,000 Knockout, 326 players ponied up the $150 buy-in creating a $32,600 prize-pool, Plus $41 for each knockout.
That also ensured that the winner had a $6,308 first place prize waiting for him or her.
After 9 hours and 7 minutes, Canada’s “alexos888” came out on top, which marked his second XL Eclipse win in three days.

Hello Everyone,

On Saturday, the XL Eclipse continued with 13 more tournaments from the 197-event schedule.
Day 14 of the online series, the penultimate day, saw “Kaktus26rus” become the first three-time XL Eclipse champ.

Sunday is the last day of the XL Eclipse, and believe us when we say it’s going to be a big one.
In fact, 16 events will be held including the staggering $1,050 buy-in, $1.5 million GTD Main Event.

888rep, I have been waiting on support to get back to me regarding unfreezing my account after I logged onto the client while in Australia in June (without knowing you guys already pulled out of the market). I received a message saying to send a utility/cc bill with my info t get the account unlocked, but have yet to receive a word back after both emailing and uploading the copy onto the safe cashier. My user name is the same as on 2+2, Tilltard , would you be able to inquire as to why I haven't got a response back? I missed the entire wrap up of the eclipse series because it apparently takes 2 weeks to get a response.

On Tuesday, the XL Eclipse officially came to a close with the Champion of Champions event, a tournament open only to those who captured one of the series’ 197 titles.
Amazingly, Germany’s “CllsDntMttr”, who just two days earlier won the XL Eclipse Main Event for $273,037 (his 2nd XL Eclipse title) finished as the Champion of Champions to win a $13,000 package to the 2017 WSOPE Main Event.

From October 5-16, the 888Live Series is headed back to Aspers Casino for the 2017 888Live London Festival, which will feature $800,000 in guaranteed prize pools across ten events.

Hello,

Earlier this year I converted a large amount of gold tokens into cash which caused a major glitch in the 888 software, disabling me from being able to play for months. We were finally able to get this resolved and the money was credited to my account which I had 90 days to cash out. However, after attempting to cash out the bonus, it was blocked, and was told by support I need to wager $786,522.89 playing video slots to remove the block from withdrawing. After emailing support AND PMing 888rep account on 2p2 saying this is impossible, I was not able to get any response. The $23,000 bonus was just erased from my account which I think is extremely unfair. Please help me cash out this bonus so we can finally resolve this situation.

Someone that's accountable can can apply pressure on your IT people who have now taken 111 days without any point of contact to resolve and issue with playing for bonuses
I must have at least 15 to 20 different support members have replied one which i had twice couldn't believe the problem had not been resolved.
Also how do you become Elite
Since Jan 2017 i have played through over $144,000.00 in the casino and my level 211

Hello,

I was just playing a 50c tournament through a freeroll ticket. I did not intend to rebuy, and as such I did not touch the rebuy button on the bottom right. I had not used the button before and generally avoided it as I don't rebuy in freerolls.

However, after I busted, I kepted being auto rebought, which was frustrating as I didn't want to rebuy. I later clicked the rebuy button and saw it was set to auto rebuy whenever possible. I believe it is quite shady of 888 to have this set to autorebuy. Is it possible I can be credited the amount that I lost due to these auto rebuys?
