Hey, I have a question about the SuperHero scratch cards. Do I need to opt-in for this promotion or something? I was playing .02-.05 SNAP poker and I counted over 15 won hands, but no card or email with a card. Is there something else I need to do?

No you don't need to opt in but it takes up to 72 hours for you to receive your scratchcard.

Ok thanks. Now I didn't get a popup that a Mission Challenge was complete (as I do in some cases), does that happen with this promotion or is it just auto sent by email within 72 hours?

Few issues here playing on mac

-When i open client it always checking for updates before opening
-Sometimes when i replay a hand the replayer doesnt close and can only get rid of it if shut client down
-When make final table, no deal option available
-When choose preferred seat in settings doesnt save

I've had that problem before.
Uninstall software, go to 888 folder and manually delete it and install new setup exe. Also, if you backup notes, use just "notes.xml", no other files.

Hello guys! I want to create an account on 888! is holdem manager allowed?

Holdem manager is allowed but no HUDs allowed in snap games. HM is designed to not work with snap games so if you're mixing snap and regular tables you can still run it and the hud will work on the regular tables.

Good day. Could you please pay close attention to a player ROCKYRED! When a fish goes sit out he immediatly goes sit out after him thus breaking the rules. On one of the screenShots we can see that ROCKYRED went sit out after a Fish but still beeing active on other tables. Very often he sits out when there are only for regulars on the tables waiting for the fish thus again Breaking the rules! To our remark not to be in Sit out he simply ignores.I really hope you will take measures for this situation . Thank you

Today i get 3$freeplay from 5levelup scratchcard.

Can i bet in roulette 1USD for group numbers(1 - 12) , 1USD for group numbers(13 - 24) and 1USD for group numbers(25 - 36) in one spin so i will cover 97,2972972972973% of the field and have a good chance to convert this FreePlay to usual casino bonus so then i can try to win 100USD from it.
