Hello, I want to report players bluffing420s and Peter_Martin, both from UK because of collusion in satellite tournaments. My long term suspection against these 2 players, who are friendly to each other, has just been proofed. In the hand ID 968417611 they were in the bubble of the tournament #251239211 (Sunday Big Shot 215 - 10 Seats GTD - NEW Sub-Satellite). bluffing420s was on the Small Blind with 7,5 Big Blinds and Peter_Martin on the Big Blind with 1,18 Big Blinds. In the nash equilibrium bluffing420s had to go all-in with 100% of his hands, but against Peter_Martin on Big Blind he folded and helped him to win the tournament.

Hello, my name is Rubén and my nickname at 888poker.com is "premium", a few months ago I was asked for documentation to verify my account, I sent all the documents they requested and I received a response saying that they had been accepted, a few days my account was permanently blocked and my funds confiscated without any information, I simply received automatic messages saying that I had breached the terms and conditions of the room, at no time was I given the opportunity to speak to someone to explain what was the problem.
It's very strange because I've barely played in the room and I simply think there was some error when verifying my documents. I have been playing poker as a professional for 12 years and I have never had this type of problem in any room, I only had $1,434 in the room because I played occasionally, but I find the treatment received by the customer service terrible, which has never been the case. allowed me to defend myself, they simply blocked my funds and sent me automated messages.

Can you explain me - how it is possible to get ban after sending documents, got unban week after that, next step is sending massive email with all documents I have, receiving reply from operations department that document's arent good enough, messaging only here for clarify and receiving ban again!
What is the logic in all that?

after they stole from me around $500 with this promo in the last 8-9 months, they made the promo even 'better' rakeback:

rakeback rake generated weekly
10% - $200 - $499
20% - $500 - $999

Another case of being unable to verify the account.
I have been playing on your site probably around ten years and have been asked to verify my ID multiple times over the years. It has always been done quick and easy in the past.

About 20 days ago I got operations team email for account verification because the ID that I sent few years ago has expired.
I sent my new ID that was made about 6 months ago. I never moved to a different address. Same address, same country, everyything as before.
Then they ask me for proof of my registered address, as if the ID that was issued 6 months ago with that exact address is not enough.
I can get an ID from my countrys Ministry of Internal Affairs, but it's not good enough proof for 888 operation team that I live in that address.

So as it says in the mail, I sent my bank statement. I sent my last three bank statements just in case. I even highlighted my name, address, and the dates of issue in case they have trouble finding it. In every mail they say: "We need to clearly see the date of issue, name, and address. " "The document must have been issued in the past 6 months." Everything is clearly visible in the documents and they are issued in the past 6 months.

They say that i sent an invalid type of document. I do not understand what is invalid? They ask for a bank statement, I send that exact thing, and they say it is invalid.
I only have account in one bank. What should I do, open an account in another just to see if their statement will be "valid"??
Then I tried with Revolut statement, but as expected, that too wasn't valid.

I explained that I don't have utility bills under my name because other member of my family is the owner of the house I live in, so every utility bill is with their name on it.
The only thing I have with my name are mobile phone and medical insurance bills. As you can guess, that too was not valid.

Then I sent the official documet for proof of residence issued also by my countrys Ministry of Internal Affairs. It's the highest proof of residence you can get. You can even check it's legitimacy and data for yourself online, the instructions are on the page. They said its invalid.

I have sent enough documents to the operations team for someone to completely steal my identity, but it's still not enough.
It is a bit strange how I used to send the same documents for verification over the years, but now all of a sudden it is all invalid, even though nothing has changed and my address is same all this time.
The only thing I can think of right now that maybe operations team found suspicious is the fact that I logged in once from Malta while I was on vacation there end of February, beginning of March, only to collect my rakeback for the week before. It would be absurd that caused all this trouble but just in case you need an explanation for that.
I always play from my computer in my home in my registered address.

Can you please send this to them, to consider everything I wrote here because we will get nowhere with their generic emails telling me everything is invalid, when that is simply not true.
I can translate some of the documents in english if that is really necessary even though i would have to pay for that to be official, so I hope that is not necessary.
